Cuisinart 14-Inch Pizza Pan, Chef's Classic Nonstick Bakeware, Silver, AMB-14PPP1

This is a great pizza pan! I've struggled with others that leave the bottom of the pie soft and soggy. This one is heavy duty metal and the holes allow for great heat transfer so no more soggy crust. I use a premade crust that needs to be formed, add sauce and toppings and bake at 475 degrees for 10-11 minutes and the results are awesome!

Great quality instead of using a pizza screen. Pizza on this tray cooks just fine. It gets nice and hot with little hole marks on crust evenly. Cook the whole pie with this and your pizza will never get stuck on your peel. Especially good for that learning curve until you get it down.

Five stars. This makes for great crispy thin pizzas, and it's also super easy to clean. High quality.

Used store-bought dough from my supermarket bakery (Publix). Baked a cheese pizza at 450 degrees until cheese started to brown. The bottom of the pizza got very brown (but not overly done) and I guess you could say crisp. There was a bit of toughness to the crust, but it just may be the quality of the dough I used. The crust edge did not get brown, so maybe next time I will butter or oil the edges before baking. My only complaint is pieces of dough fell through the holes in the pan, landed on the bottom of my oven, and burned. Bad burnt smell, and now I have to clean my oven. Will try a piece of foil next time to catch the "droppings." I used no oil whatsoever, and the pizza came right off with a spatula and slid right onto my pizza stone for cutting. The non-stick feature is great.

This pan is a few inches larger in diameter than most frozen pizzas that I buy, but that doesn't really matter. Cooking a frozen pizza in the oven with this pan gives me a crispy crust , I 'm guessing due to the holes in the bottom exposing crust to oven heat. Due to previous reviews about rust in some spots, I simply hand wash it and make sure it's dry before putting it away. This pan is very sturdy and I imagine would work for other things, too. Because it's non stick, it's really easy to wash--even after sitting overnight. Keep in mind that it has the holes when cutting the pizza as the crumbs will fall through and leave a mess underneath. I just place on a dishtowel before cutting. Highly recommend!

This pan is worth the money. It is slightly heavier than our old cheap pan, is bigger, has a lovely smooth coating that repels stuck-on food, and is a delight to use. Plus, it looks great.

Bought as a gift and it's been received well. You have to watch not just the width of your oven but, in particular, the DEPTH too. Otherwise you may find this doesn't fit. Suitable for BIG ovens.
