Does this include the accessory kit?

No it doesn't. It is just the skypak and dividers and rain cover. We are coming out with a v2 of the kit which you purchase separately.

Where can I purchase this v2 accessory kit which you sell separately for this backpack? How much does it cost?

I was told 10/2017 it would be a few weeks my guess would be it isn't going to happen...
