good product with a fault
my setup was to use 2 PCs with 1 monitor. it works well, no degradation in picture or sound quality. however, i noticed something very peculiar. when one PC 1 is on, CPU fan of PC 2 rotates in full power even if PC 2 is not having power. probably, this is because current from PC 1 is transferred to PC 2 motherboard via the always connected hdmi cable. this is not a usual situation and not sure if it may damage the motherboard. the design of this switch is flawed and it must be fixed by the manufacturer.

works as expected
Its been few days since I started using it. Its simple and does the work as expected with simple button click. body frame is made of metal and feels sturdy. don't see any output quality change after using this. the price might a bit high for this simple task.
