Traveled to New Zealand and Australia and used it every day at all accommodations, public locations and at the airports. Works perfect. the 2 USB ports are very handy and I used both at the same time. Good value, recommend.

I’ve been traveling internationally for over 40 years, and I remember the days of lugging around bulky power converters and a single adapter that never quite fit right. I’ve since thrown all of that away and switched to these lightweight Ceptics Type I adapters for my recent trip to Australia. With today’s iPhones, laptops, and most small electronics capable of handling both 110V and 220V (always double-check before you go!), all you really need is the correct plug adapter. These are small, compact, easy to pack, and they work exactly as they should. They slipped right into my luggage, took up almost no space, and handled everything I needed on my trip to Australia. If you travel to Australia, New Zealand, China, or any Type I country, these adapters are a simple, modern solution that replaces all that old, heavy gear.

simple small works. the 2 round pin type is a bit loose. but that happens most of the time plastic is good.

Use this plug adapter recently and loved that it was the one and only adapter I needed to pack. Small but with enough outlet options to charge multiple items.

We used these adaptors in multiple hotels and AirBnBs while traveling in several different countries. They did the job, and were reasonably priced. The only negative: Each adaptor has two places to plug in your US/Canada cord. The three-prong plug on the front worked fine. However, after a few uses the top two-prong outlet stopped working. It seemed to have lost its grip on the plug so that any wiggle from the cord disconnected the power. This wasn't a big issue for us once we realized what was happening. Again, the front plug never had a problem.

Last year, for a trip to Denmark, I ordered a set of power plug adapters from Ceptics. When it came time to get ready for an upcoming trip to New Zealand, I dipped into my collection of power adapters from when I lived in Fiji. Fiji uses the same style power receptacle as Australia and New Zealand. However, what I found was less than acceptable based on my experience with my EU style adapters from Ceptics. I immediately ordered a 3-pack of new adapters from them because they are well-built and convenient to use. Each adapter has two outlets - a polarized 2-prong and a grounded 3-prong, providing flexibility for any power cord configuration you might have. Add a small 3-way US style power adapter and you'll have room to plug in 4 devices at a time, if needed. Please note, these are power adapters, not power converters. Whatever is plugged in must be rated for "universal" power (100-240 VAC at 50/60 Hz). They work great for cellphone and computer power supplies and other small electronics - typical low-power travel necessities. Price was very reasonable, and shipping was next day - perfect.

Arrived quickly and worked well in Australia. Used two of them to charge iPhones.

bought this for a trip to NZ - worked great there! Effective and recommend the brand. We have saved it in case we ever decide to go back to NZ or to Australia, or to China. This Type I charger worked great! I love the dual USB's as we had to charge our cell phones, Kobo e-readers and our Go Pro on this trip.

The plugs arrived a day early, used them on a trip to NZ and Australia, they appear well made and were v useful. Esp handy to have an extra socket on top. Only criticism could be that they are large. But that is the size of the auzzie plugs. Plastic seemed good quality, and they worked. Much easier than the using the world wide multi plug unit I had already. V happy. Would buy again
