The best! Appropriately smoky, full-bodied flavor I love so much. The scent matches the flavor. Making high quality food at home saves money, so the cost is worth it. I suggest buying a small tin too so you can refill out of this one. Paprika is very light and heat sensitive, but the beautiful tins have kept it safe and fresh. The colors of the tins and paprika are vibrant and lively. They dress up my kitchen. Even the mess we left on top of the tin is still bright. More chicken paprikash, please!

I have been buying this product for many years. Its flavor and aroma are great. Best way to keep its freshness is by taking the amount you’re going to need before cooking with a teaspoon dry, closing the jar immediately after taking the amount needed for each meal, keeping it away from cooking vapors and humidity. It would last longer. I have kept mines fresh even for two years.

I'm recently into Spanish cooking and loving the flavors this paprika brings to so many of these dishes. It is more expensive than the regular grocery store versions and infinitely better in every dish. I knew I was buying a larger size than available locally but I sure didn't realize how much bigger! Oh well- more Spanish recipes, please! If you have never tried high quality imported Spanish paprika, you won't know what you're missing. Those who have will never go back. I would actually use this with anything. I'd put some on my ice cream. I tried this paprika for the first time in the Castilla region of Spain, right in the heart of where it's from, where locals are the most proud of it. I would let anyone I'd come across smell it because it's a heavenly experience, and I like to share heavenly experiences. This iteration tastes very close to what I tried in Spain -no imitation here. It tastes better than it smells, too. I really don't have a lot of words for how good this is, but holy smokes people, you really need to get in on this. It may just become your favorite spice.

This product is perfect in two ways: Taste and quantity. The taste is spot on and I use it frequently in my dishes. That's where the quantity ties in. The amount is perfect. The only negative is that it can be hard to open sometimes.

This is one of the best condiments I have ever tried to complement salt and pepper. Adds a smokey hint and a very pleasant color to every meat. Highly recommended!
