Makes cold smoking easy!
We cold smoke a lot in the winter and these pucks, in combination with the Bradley cold smoke attachment make the process super easy. No worrying if its gonna smoke and for how long. No in and out of the house checking if the smoke pile still smokes... just load the pucks, switch the Bradley on and forget about it. We like the taste of the pecan blend - cold smoked some cured pork lion with it recently.

Perfect mild flavor for chicken or pork.
Great pucks for the Bradley smoker. Perfect for chicken and pork. Not over sharp like Hickory or Mesquite can be. I want to try some cheese now that weather has cooled down. Great for a mild sausage.

If you have a Bradley smoker no explanation is really necessary...
These are my favorite flavor. I really can't tell the difference in taste from any of the others except the smell when cooking. I love hickory and pecan which are really from the same tree family anyway. The only ones I buy now that I have used a Bradley smoker for 20+ years.

Bradley Bisquette Review
I have used all of the various Bradley Bisquettes, and all perform as expected. My use has been with the Bradley Smoke Generator, and the bisquettes burn completely without generating undesirable odors, or tars. On my generator the burn time is an advertised 20 minutes. There have been no problems feeding. The smoke produced is very generous, and with the corresponding aroma you would expect from the various products. I recomend these to anyone who wants a good varity of products that perform without problems, and produce the desired smoke aromas.

Great flavor and smell...
Very pleased with the pecan flavoring.... and what can you say about a bradley that's bad? Been around for ages, and still the easiest, most consistent smoker out there. This was the first time I'd gone w/ Pecan and it was great on chicken and even sausage. Very mellow flavor that we all liked. I did a pork loin with this as well, and it tasted fantastic.
