My favortie chai is blue lotus masala, it is rich and spicy does anyone know if this is comparable?

I am not familiar with blue lotus but I am able to tell you this is a lovely good strong black tea with an absolutely perfect blend of chai spice. You are able to smell them as well as distinguish the cinnamon and chives and the like. This is by far my go to favorite for making and actual pot of tea and it is even lovely chilled.

What is the expiration date on the package?

Each box has an expiration date on the back of the package. It should be printed after "Best Before:". Please let us know if you're having trouble finding it.

is this tea sweet? I mean is there sugar added in it?

There is no sugar added in the tea bags. Hope that answered your question.

Are the packets individually wrapped?

Each tea bag is not individually wrapped. 25 tea bags are sealed in one package - 4 sealed packages per box of 100 tea bags.

Watch out Starbucks!

Big fan of chai, this brand is superb with the aroma, taste, quality, and everything in between. I highly recommend steeping 2 bags for an outstanding experience! 16 oz. of hot pipping water should be sufficient, plus I add several packets of Splenda and of course some warm milk but not too much of it. You will not be disappointed at all. I did try this tea with 1 bag but the unique flavor did not kick me in the face! Using 2 bags as I have recommended will bring out the wonderful exquisite taste. At my local Starbucks store I purchased there version, it's great don't get me wrong but I was in shock with the price I paid just a few weeks ago, I'll never make that mistake twice! Anyways I'm sure you will be satisfied I recommend this chai! Stay chill!

A very nice Chai

I used to get the Bigelow Vanilla Chai, but I thought I would try something different. I just tried one and I was impressed with the flavor and quality. I appreciate that they have 4 separate packages in the box, as I am hoping it keeps the tea nice and fresh for the next 3 months as I finish this off.

Very Mild

Since this is from India I thought it might be more strongly flavored than my usual tea. Just the opposite, it is not very aromatic and the taste is almost Blah. Nor is it spicy hot. The price was very reasonable and I will work my way through the one hundred bags, but will probably return to Twinings Chai when those are finished.

Really Good Tea

This is a very nice mix of chai tea spices. I like it very well. They re the 2g teabags (not the skimpy kind, but enough for a good cup) so they work well. Highly recommend this!
