I bought this case for my 9.7" iPad Pro. The iPad fits easily inside this case without being too snug or too loose. The lining inside the case is very plush, and there's plenty of padding to protect your iPad from any outside impact and could probably protect your iPad sufficiently from a drop from waist height.The exterior material looks and feels nice and premium. The fabric feels durable - it's mildly stiff and feels something like the outside of a canvas winter jacket if I had to describe the feel of the material. I usually use my iPad sleeve only while I'm travelling, so zippered pockets are useful for throwing in commonly used documents (like boarding passes and passports) while the other open pocket can fit my phone.My only gripe about my particular sleeve was with the front panel near the edges appears to be wavy (like poorly fitted panels - see attached picture). It's purely cosmetic and doesn't affect the performance of the case so I'm not overly concerned, but I think it's just the small attention to details that will bring this up to the status of a premium product
