Great for beginners! But it won't improve your work; you've still got to practice.

Why is xp pen 16 more expensive than this one? What does it have that this one doesn't beside the stand?

The reason 15.6 less expensive than the 16 is that 15.6 does not have stand ,and we have upgrade our technique on 15.6 result in cost reduction. Is there a way to get replacement screen protectors, just in case anything happens to the one it already comes with?

Currently we do not have screen protector for sale ,but on the 15.6 itself,there is a pre-applied screen protector. When you got your 15.6,there are two films on the screen.One needs to be rip off when you start using, and another one pasted very tight to the screen ,do not need to rip off.

Does the driver work with linux?

Their website has several beta drivers for Linux (including linked to this model). So, it should work with linux, but the drivers are still in beta so perhaps not flawlessly.
