The first month I detoxed and the second month really increased my energy and focus. On 87th day and I can tell a difference.

Energy and focus
I feel pretty good when I take them. Not a rush or anything but just an extra edge of energy and focus. Which I need being on a computer all day.

Great mushroom supplement
Easy to swallow capsules or what I do is take the powder out of the capsule and put it in my green shake every morning. I feel good adding the mushroom supplement into my everyday life.
