This is a great product i learned that is used in jamaican goods such as oxtail and a litter bit goes a long way ove this stuff great for cooking meats

The price I paid was significantly more than I expected... but a pandemic, tariffs and USGov shenanigans will do that to some imports. I always have Grace Browning sauce in my pantry. I use primarily it to darken gravies and sauces. For example: a sauce that uses prepared mustard might look a little "sickly" until its color is deepened with a few drops of browning sauce. I also replace ground beef with ground turkey in many recipes, so a little browning sauce can turn the paler turkey into a richer shade of brown.

Good to use when stewing meat, peas and and rice. Hive great color and flavor.

I like the fact that this package came all the way from the Island of Jamaica 🇯🇲 and there was not one damage. I gave 5 stars because I fully satisfied with this merchant. I be buying from them again. My husband and I use this to marinate chicken and leave in the fridge overnight. Put on the grill yummy 😋
