TECHEF 12 Inch Tempered Glass Lid – Lid for 12” Pans and Skillets – Steam Vent, Oven & Dishwasher Safe – Tempered Glass – Made in Korea

I bought it for my Blue Diamond nonstick 10" pan, and it fits perfectly. I like that it's glass and I can see what's cooking without having to lift the lid. It has a little hole in the top that lets out a little steam so that it doesn't fog up. It cleans up easily with just soap and water soft wiping. It's well made and I think it will last for years.

Pros: - Fits Amazon Basics 8” frying pan perfectly - It seems like decent quality; thick glass, nice handle, etc - Steam vents adequately through the vent hole on the lid - Dishwasher safe - Made in South Korea, not China Cons: - The only con I can find is there’s a tiny bit of assembly - attaching the handle to the lid. It’s easy, all the necessary hardware is provided, but it still might be a con to some. It’s exactly like the majority of every other lid I’ve owned - if the screw-on handle starts to loosen, which it will, they all do, just tighten it back up.

This is a perfect match for the 10" OXO Pro Hard Anodized PFAS nonstick frying pan bought separately last week. It was one of a set of 10" and 8" frying pans, great bargain price and top-notch pans, but without lids. An 8" lid for the other pan is coming separately (will report later). Getting the right size is critical to seal on the pan, and most advertised lids don't give practical measurement details. But a customer TECHEF review gave dimensions for this one that clinched it -- right on!

The handle gets hot, so I occasionally use oven mittens to hold. But study and fits well with my pots. The downside is, it's hard to clean, i mean clean "well". The edge is curved in, and I have to use finger nails to make sure grease is not sticking

Bought this as an additive to a pan set I gifted. Fit perfectly. You can also see what's happening in the pan and just a beautiful match to complete the set. Has a steam release on the glass.

I bought this lid to use with the 12” grill pan I had purchased in December. This lid is a must when using the grill pan. We have made pork chops and steak in it so far with the lid and the food was hot, had grill marks, so it browns really well. Food tasted great! I made cod in it when I first received the grill pan with no lid and it cooked great in it, but by the time I got the sides ready to go with the fish, the fish was warm, not hot. (Because I had no lid) The lid helps the food retain its heat even when you adjust burner to low just to keep food from burning and is a good temp (hot) (just like it is when it comes off the outside grill) This company ~ Techef is such a high quality brand and heavy duty but the grill pan is not heavy like an iron skillet. The quality is so great I am going to look at their products as my cookware wears out and replace with this high quality brand!! I Love it so much!!

Bought as the cheaper option to the teChef wok lid, and fits perfectly and works great and was cheaper! Happy with purchase.

No complaints. Slightly higher on the price side but is pretty good quality. Go for it if you are willing to shell out more for good quality.

I had a pot with no cover. This fits perfectly and guess what, it also helps flip my frittata. So simple and easy to choose
