Good but overcooks very fast, so you have to be careful.

As another reviewer mentioned, this pasta went from under-cooked to soggy mess within a few minutes so please keep an eye on it while cooking. In terms of taste and texture, this is much nicer than whole wheat pasta. Quite filling, came well-packed, pasta was not broken in transit.

I have been using gluten free pasta for about 3 years, this particular brand is not worth buying. Its too dry and broke at the slightest stirring. Chickpea pasta is usually not dry and very close to durum wheat pasta, but this brand does not have a good formula and intact has a bitter after taste

Good pasta with chew and very fast cook times. I microwave for exactly 4 min post boiling water for perfect bite. Better with a sauce rather than as a salad. Very filling. Less than half of normal pasta qty is sufficient for a meal. Blood sugars are always well within range after an hour.

The noodles were boiled and became a mush. When they finished cooking they looked like mashed potatoes. It's a total waste of money. I ended up throwing it all away

You have to keep checking while it is cooking. It tends to overcook very fast. I was expecting a little more thick pasta. But it is personal preference.

Not Good Taste .. surprisingly broken in only 1 whistle of Pressure cooker and not even in condition of Eat.

reading the other customers reviews I suggest the manufacturer to add some info to the label .. do not cook pasta in pressure cooker and pls give time for cooking it "al dente" otherwise the product gets negative reviews because people actually do not know how to cook it. The product is good... from an Italian.
