My ophthalmologist recommended these for my early signs of macular degeneration. OTC. Seems to stop the progression some. It supplies high dosages of the vitamins etc. needed for eye health more so than loading up on multi or individual vitamins. Lots on You Tube about the elements needed for eye health. This seems to have made my vision better!

Great Preventative
I have been taking these for years. Macular degeneration runs in my family. My goal is to prevent it and prevent having to get painful eye injections. Areds are easy to swallow and priced right at Amazon.
