Something is in this that also induces a bit if hunger only enough. And I feel a slight kick of energy. I eat all organic so any change of my homeostasis I reckonize it even if subtle. But it's good you can tell it is high calorie as it claims and high protein. Nice price point also. 5 days a week it equals about 3$ a day
