I usually feel it kick in within half an hour and it handles the severe aches that normal pills barely touch. It is honestly the best over the counter option I have found for real soreness. The pills are coated and surprisingly small so they go down easy even if I do not have much water. Having both medicines in one caplet makes it super convenient to just toss a small bottle in my travel bag. I also noticed they do not tear up my stomach on an empty stomach like taking a bunch of plain ibuprofen usually does. I end up needing fewer pills throughout the day to get the exact same level of relief. The only real catch is how fast you will burn through this specific size box. A normal adult dose is two pills at a time so this eighteen count bottle only gives you nine actual doses before it is completely empty. The upfront price looks cheap but you are definitely paying a premium per pill just for the convenience. You could easily save cash buying big generic bottles of both medicines if you need them every day. But if you just want an easy all in one option for a travel bag this is absolutely worth five stars.

They are easy to grab and easy to open. I haven’t noticed any side effects and they don’t have a taste, but I don’t want to remember what ibuprofen really tastes like. For anyone with normal pain, these work great for 8 hours, for any pain that’s been lingering a while or if you need breakthrough pain medicine, it may not work (don’t tell anyone, but sometimes I take two packs). You are paying for the convenience of having them easily accessible so I understand the price, I’ve bought these 2 times now.

Great product it works

Excellent product! I sprained my neck and was in pain and stiff. Took these for a few days twice a day. Worked like a charm. I got my wisdom tooth pulled this past Friday, they prescribed me ibuprofen 600 and saw the size of the pills and said no thanks, I’ll take my Advil dual and I have yet to feel pain in that gum area. This is a blessing!
