Highly recommended!
One of the best cleanses! Gentle. No stomach pain. Our family uses this on a regular basis for days when things aren't moving as they should. We take 1 or 2 capsules at bedtime and things get back to normal the next day.

It really works! Sever constipation gone in 2 days!!!
What kind of sorcery is this?? You need to buy this! I had a gastric bypass 8 years ago and had a baby 2 years ago. I gained some weight and wanted to get back down to my pre-pregnancy weight so started a GLP-1. Between the GLP-1 and Bypass, I became severely constipated. I was taking Docolax 4 times a day, 2 cap fulls of Mirlax, drinking prune juice, coffee and water like their was no tomorrow. Nothing helped! I ended up having to do enemas ever other day and even then, it barley helped. A friend recommended this product and I was desperat to try anything so bought it. It worked the next day! I took 1 tablet for the first 2 days and on day 3-4 took 2. I have to go back to 1 because its working too well. Hahaha I'll take it. No more bloat, not more gas pains, no more stomach aches. Its all gone. I wish someone would have told me about this 8 years ago after my Gastic Bypass. Its worth its weight in Gold! Buy it!!!!

Gentle but effective relief for IBS-C
I suffer from ibs-c and if you are familiar, you know about the stomach cramps, bloating and difficulty getting things moving that no amount of coffee can help with. I have used natural calm magnesium citrate but itโs rough to drink and harsh on the system. I researched best magnesium to get things moving and magnesium oxide was the stand out. This product gently but gets the job done nicely. Donโt be discouraged that nothing happens after the first night of taking themโฆ by the second night/morning - you will be happily โ relievedโ (pun intended). I shared the product with a friend and they wanted/needed to know what to buy. I will always use MagO7 from now on.

Have bought this several times over the last few years . When you need help going ๐but totally not like a laxative, no diarrhea, no cramping Always make sure I have a bottle on hand .Its great

Good results
I like this because it does not gripe my stomach. It is gentle and I have a good bowel movement. I just wish the pills were smaller and I only had to take 1 vs 3 but i will continue to buy them as long as they work. i only take them as needed.

Iโm on a GLP-1 and took them as directed. The first night they worked. There was some cramping but it subsided quickly. These definitely work!

Great for staying regular
I finally found something that helps me be more regular! And does not hurt my stomach! I take two in the morning and two at night right now. And I think I could back off to two in the morning and one at night, and increase again if I start to notice, I'm not going like I should. Will definitely buy another bottle when I'm out.
