What can I really say about vitamins? They work as intended and they are nice and small.

I got these because they are easy to swallow. They only have 25 mg, but I would rather swallow a few than swallow one big pill. However, I do not use these much anymore because I found a supplement I like that already has B6 in a higher dose. Would definitely recommend though if all you want is a little extra B6!

So I'm currently pregnant with #3 and my first two pregnancies were horrible with morning sickness. Nothing would work. This time around my dr suggested b6 and warned me it needed to be taken daily (something previous doctors who recommended failed to mention) so this time around as soon as I started to get it I started taking these and the difference is night and day. I'm horrible about taking pills and believe me my body let's me know when I forgot to take one. But they are an amazing help and i highly recommend for anyone suffering morning sickness. 3 stars for flavor cause ita a vitamin it really doesnt have a flavor but otherwise 5 stars all around.

These worked fine during pregnancy- i like that they’re 25mg. But unfortunately they taste AWFUL. I didn’t notice luckily until my nausea started getting better.

I could not find 25mg tablets of B-6 in any of the stores, so I looked on amazon and purchased this particular one because of the reviews. I'm pregnant and have hyperemesis. I have been sick for 6 months and counting. I'm on low doses of nausea medication and the B-6 seems to really help keep the severe nausea under control during the periods I'm waiting to take more medication. Really wishing I would have thought to look here and purchase this product months ago. However, maybe this will help someone else make the decision to purchase. It's a great product, great price, do yourself a favor and buy it!

Pills have either too little substance -- for profit -- or too much -- for I-don't-know-what. Daily values and available supplements need to reflect moderations, not only push-to-get-a-result. Supplements are little packages of essences, to be taken in steps not in leaps and bounds. With standardized good-quality methods, it should be possible to custom-assemble doses into a few pills easily swallowed, rather than requiring consumers to gobble wrong amounts of too many to handle. (I hope that doesn't feed monopolies instead of small-business networking.) Seems that vitamins B6, B9, and B12 lower or regulate homocysteine, a necessary molecule that in oversupply tends to increase likelihood of dementia, heart disease and stroke.

Could not find anything lower than 100mg anywhere in stores so I turned to Amazon. My doctor recently prescribed me to take a unisom before bed and B6 twice a day for morning sickness. Ever since taking this combination I have not had morning sickness nearly as bad. After reading up on the benefits of B6 I will continue to take this even once I'm done with pregnancy. I found this was gentle on my stomach and easy to take. They are small pills so not difficult. Overall I was very happy and would buy vitamins from this brand again. You also get a lot for your money!!
