No, this just takes a single SDI input and duplicates it to 8 SDI outputs. You need an SDI switcher, such as the Osprey SSR-42R unit.

SDI cabling can run up to 100 meters or roughly 325 feet.

This unit accepts 1 SDI input and provides 8 identical SDI outputs, no conversions, no analog. Black Magic does make the #CONVMASA which is HD-SDI to Analog.
