Good value
Purchased an inversion table on the recommendation from my chiropractor to help decompress my spine. Having issues at L5/S1. This one had good reviews and the price was right. I received it a day earlier than expected. It was packaged sufficient and there was no damage to the table. I unpacked it and layed everything out. It appeared as if I had all the parts. The instructions were concise and the screws were packaged in a piece of cardboard with the steps labeled and pictures of the screws with the numbers. It made it very easy to pick the exact bolt or screws needed for each step. I put it together by myself, except for one step where I needed help, and it took me about 45 minutes. The tools were Included which was nice but they are cheap throw away tools so if you want to go faster then use your own tools. The step I needed help with was when attaching the backrest. I needed a second pair of hands to help me slide it up into the brackets and hold it in position while I screwed in the bolts. It is well made and easy to put together. I was using it within one hour of unboxing it. It took some fiddling to find the best settings. You cannot go by the height markings. If you donโt first find the center of balance it will take some upper body and core strength to get back into an upright position. The easiest way to do this is to adjust the height to a position where your hips are in alignment with the pivot point. Get in, lock the ankles down and lean back. You want the pivot motion to be slow and steady and you want the table to basically stop pivoting when it reaches horizontal. When this happens you know your center of gravity and the height adjustment is correct. If the center of gravity is correct then inverting will require just a little bit of help from that position and returning upright will also be much easier. Trust me, get this right and it will be a much more pleasurable experience. You donโt want it to invert and slam to the stop nor do you want it to slam into position when you return to the upright position. Plus itโs really nice to go back to neutral (horizontal) and lay there for a bit to let the blood in your head return to your body. I had to adjust the back to the highest position and my head is still at the edge. I think it is because the pads for the back of the ankle are too high and when I invert I slide down a little. That is the only reason I am giving this table four stars instead of five. I really donโt like the position of the ankle pads and grips. I feel they are just a little high in relation to the step where you put your feet. All in all, for the cost you cannot go wrong with this table.

So far so good!
My review will be 2 parts. The initial review followed by an update on the use and functionality. If you're reading this, part 2 doesn't exist yet. That said, here is Part 1: Shipping was fast and price was excellent based on what I read. I bought the premium version and will post images showing packaging and the basic setup steps. Assembly was easy for me. I used the provided tools and set up the table alone. Only once did I ask for help - my 11 y/o held a light for me because my eyesight is poor and it was a bit dark for me to see the screw holes for the last step. All the screws and tools are self-contained. See pictures. The parts are well-packaged and a bit overwhelming to see when together in the box, but they are easy to figure out as you go. Kep a trash bag handy. ;-) My setup was less than 2 hours. There are only 6 steps, but I will list the steps broken down a bit further: 1) Install the front and rear feet. These connect the 2 sides together. Front is the short hinged tube. Brackets for right and left are oriented inside. 2) Install the crossbrace. 3) Install the handles. The adjustment handle goes on left side. 4) Attach the table. It slides in from bottom and is held with 4 bolts. 5) Attach the height adjustment tube. Held in by a spring-loaded pin. 6) Assemble the ankle holder and padding. (This was oddly the more difficult step because the identical tubes must be installed with the holes oriented facing UP. If they are correct, the holes angle in slightly towards each other.) 7) Assemble the Height Adjustment Tube protective cover. I took extra pictures of this step in the order the 3 pieces go on. 8) Attach the lumbar pad. This is merely a plastic clip buckle - think fanny pack buckle. That's it! I did adjust the head rest height to the maximum setting when I attached the table, but it can be done any time. I am 5' 10" and about 190lbs. The height adjustment is super intuitive to use and accurate in my case. Pull the spring-loaded adjustment knob and slide the tube to the closest "visible" height setting/number, then let it click back in the nearest hole. I did try the table at almost full inversion. It is definitely sturdy in my opinion. I never felt like I would fall or that the table would fail. The ankle supports were comfortable to me. I had to figure out how much pressure to use, which was awkward at first, but it felt comfortable once I was settled in. The lumbar support isn't super special, but I found it suited its purpose and felt OK. I have compressed discs in my lumber spine and I believe (hope) this table should provide some positive results, however I need time to use it. I will add my honest findings in Part 2 after a few weeks. Hope this helps. (My images posted out of order so I will try to fix. Check back later and they may be in order.)

Love
I love this, i didn't have to put it together though. I had to work my way up to i think i'm at 35 or whatever. Treat it with respect you cannot go full inversion for long periods of time off rip. I went from 2 mins with a break in between, then 3 with breaks and now 5 with a break after 3 mins. I just sit there for a min or so after coming back up. You must bend you knees pushing down a bit in order to start coming up making sure your arms are flat to the ground. Do not come up quick go very slow, you don't want your organs reloading that fast. At first i was getting a headache during the session, i regularly get them anyway. If i don't use it for a day or so i get a slight one but i've learned to gently massage. They'll either show up or not but it's not often anymore and not full blown. This machine is very nice looking and sturdy, i never feel like ima fall off or onto to my head. Gotta make sure the height is set correctly with the pin secured. Once i went up in degree i slid very slightly so may need to re-adjust for shorter height. I feel no need to because i'm fine where i'm at and my feet and legs be secure as can be. There was no missing parts, bends or cosmetic issues. The pad is nice and soft, there's no way i can hop on a bare board and be comfy. I looked at the teeter and didn't like the price or the unpadded table ugh. This right here, i'm 1000% satisfied thanks to all the reviews. For my back i didn't notice any changes right away. It's slowly progressing to minimize my pain all over. It's a must have and i should've gotten one a long time ago.

Fantastic Product โ Exceptional Value โ Even Better Customer Service !
No need to pay more ! Innova Model ITX9688 My doctor recommended my โtrying outโ inversion therapy, for my diagnosis of low-back problems, including bulging discs and spinal stenosis. Not being sure if an inversion table would work for me, I shopped for a โbudgetโ model on Amazon โ just to try it out. All Reviews Led To INNOVA ! I ordered the ITX9688 with the Extended Ankle Lever, and the model with the short ankle lever arrived . . . INNOVA Customer Service to the Rescue ! They came to my immediate rescue and took care of all of the update parts โ bringing my table up to the ITX9688 Specs ! They were a true pleasure to work with, and I was SOLD on this product, even before I began using it. As a senior Mechanical Design Engineer, I looked at the quality of design and materials used for this product, and I was very impressed with both. The Table requires Assembly โ and came very well packaged, including excellent assembly instructions, and all of the required hardware, carefully laid out to an assembly board, which already has the specific hardware items packed & labeled, according to the corresponding assembly instructions page โ The Hardware Board also came with the required assembly tools โ making this a; Open the Package > Read The Instructions > Assemble following the very easy to understand instructions โ using the corresponding hardware items โ there are clear pictures showing everything. For those reviewers who said the assembly process was confusing or difficult . . . Well . . . If you actually read the very simple and well laid out instructions โ yes โ I took my time - - and it went together beautifully. Now, I have a full mechanical shop with a very large tool inventory โ but I chose to assemble the table using the supplied tools from Innova โ I just wanted to see if it could be done using only Innova supplied materials. No Problem โ Anyone who takes the time to read and follow the supplied instructions and materials, will be rewarded with a very nice assembled table. Even those with minimal mechanical skills can do this, they just may need to take a little more time . . . โItโs worth itโ โ Just be patient โ and if you run into a problem - - You can rely on their fantastic customer support team. I began using the table โ Setting The Balance Pivot Point was a simple process โ starting by setting to your height โ trying the table out โ then making some sleight and easy adjustments to allow for personal body-weight-distribution. I was warned to not attempt full inversion โ but go slowly โ as my doctor recommended work up to full inversion. He wanted me to start off nearly horizontal, and each week, adjust the very easy Inversion Angle Knob, and each week, I increased the inversion angle, finally arriving at full inversion. Doing the process slowly, is also a great way for your ankles to get used to being held and supporting your body weight. I have read reviews of some customers complaining of the ankle system being uncomfortable ! Well, for me, by the time I progressed to full inversion, I felt like I was being very well secured, and had no discomfort. Yes, I can see if some users are impatient, and try to start off with full inversion, their ankles may not feel very comfortable โ Well โ Out of the Blue โ you hanging upside down โ held by your ankles โ of course this is an unusual position and of course, it may feel uncomfortable โ My advice โ Take it slow โ let your body and ankles get used to the very easy system to use, and there shouldnโt be any ankle comfort issues โ Tip โ I find that keeping the Ankle System slightly loose, instead of being tightly clamped to your legs, aids tremendously to my comfort. I enthusiastically recommend this product, especially from Innova. It's a great table from an excellent company with a high build quality which will last. After 4 full months of daily use, I can report, for my specific condition, I have experience significant relief from my symptoms.

Best table
Fell on back 2 yrs ago & have been suffering with horrible neck, back, hip & leg pain with sharp pain running down leg. Did PT and Chiro offering temporary relief but pain always came back. Tried all types of pills and creams but again they only offered temporary relief. I hated not being able to walk or get a good nights sleep. Tied of the pain & thought of wasting more $ on disc manipulation. Then a friend suggested an Inversion Table instead of more trips to the chiropractor. After reading all reviews & specific thanks to 2 reviewers, I purchased the Innova table. Reviewer suggested starting out slow & since I was concerned about making situation worse, started with 1-2 minutes at minimum inversion. Working up a little at a time. I use it once or twice each day and very happy with the results todate. I was afraid at first because in addition to back issues also have high blood pressure. Spoke with my Dr and as long as I went slow with progression & didn't fully invert, I should be okay. I'm quite comfortable with the inversion table now and have my husband using it as well. The pain in my leg has gone down considerately and knee doesn't collapse on me when walking. I could feel a difference after only a few days. This was a good investment for me by minimizing PT and chiropractic visits. We messed up a little in assembly but once put together it is quite sturdy as both hubby and I are tall people. It is a little cumbersome if trying to store but still worth the benefits. Folding the handles in would reduce height for better storage. Thank everyone who wrote reviews for helping me make this purchase. Sorry that I didn't invest in an Innova Inversion table sooner.

Great packaging, easy assembly.
Works great! Easily fits my 6'3" frame. Extremely well packaged & documented (took longer to unpack than assemble). 6-step setup, tools come with but I recommend a good 13mm socket wrench, 13mm combo wrench, & Phillips head screwdriver.
