No need for a lever to start as it is automatic. Easy access for wire installation. Electric diagram under the cover as well. Cuts right in and out as specified. Great value. Review: Nice Replacement Switch - There is one difference with this switch when compared to the original which is that there is no on-and-off arm, but the unit seems to work fine without it. I'm not sure why they got rid of that switch though I always found the metal arm hard to use and activate. Note that I have posted a video above showing some details about the switch. I may buy another just to have a back up as it seems to be running great and solving our problems.

It is Square D
At first, I was concerned, because it wasn't Square D, as advertised. My part was Telemecanique brand. I had to look up online, that Square D owns this company. Switch looks like it was made well! I haven't been able to install it yet, waiting for warmer temps. After checking with friends, I'm sure the functionality of it will be better than what's on there now! Looks like the fit is exactly the same!
