Forest Green - I added a very small touch of brown
I’ve used AmeriColor many times in royal icing and it always turns out great. I’ve never had an issue with color bleed (although I know that also has to do with the icing itself) and the color develops well. It does not have any taste to it either. Please note in my picture I added a TINY dab of brown, so it is pretty true to the color in the bottle.

EXCELLENT COLORING
Used this to color the frosting on my Christmas cookies. Did a great job. Didn’t need a lot, just a couple drops. Very happy. I had an old bottle of the same stuff in my cabinet and it didn’t have an expiration date on it. I called the company. They were very helpful. I was told that they began putting expiration dates on their bottles in 2015. If there’s no date on your bottle, it’s older than 2015. Also, I was told that every bottle has a number stamped on the cap. The first three numbers correspond to the exact calendar day the bottle was made. The fourth number is the last digit of the year it was made in. For example: 1267C. The bottle was made on the 126th day of 2017. If there’s no expiration date on it, the bottle was made on the 126th day of 2007. The letter at the end is for internal use. So again, expiration dates appeared after 2015. If the number on the cap reads 2109C the bottle was made on the 210th day of 2009. Bottles are usually good for about 5 years but then get runny and loose their strength. They can still be used. These are great food colors. Easy to use, strong, deep colors. No taste.

AmeriColor, Forest Green is good!
I am extremely happy with the AmeriColor Forest Green gel. I prefer the gel of the liquid because it is easier to control the amount being added. It doesn't take very much to achieve the desired color.

Interesting color
This color came out more of a dark teal green. Maybe I didn't use enough to be forest green?

Didn’t require a lot-taste not effected
This gel coloring was wonderful. I’ve used this brand in other colors before and liked it but ordering the forrest green color I was afraid I’d have to keep adding drops to get the desired color and it would change the taste but nope! I added a few drops and it immediately went to the color I’d hoped for. There seems to be a tinge of blue if that matters to anyone and maybe that would go away by adding more idk, but it turned the color I was trying to mimic so I was happy.

Excellent Gel/Paste Type Food Color
The color is true and beautiful. A tiny bit goes a long way, great value for the money. I detected no taste from the food dye despite it being a dark/intense color, which had been a worry. This is a great brand that offers an excellent array of colors to match virtually any application imaginable. Recommend!
