Logitech Performance MX Wireless Mouse (Discontinued and Replaced by MX Master 2S)

I have been using this mouse for a week now and have not yet needed to charge the battery. I am 32 years old and work in an office. I have a laptop docking station at the office and use my laptop at home. I have been using this mouse a lot. 8 hours at work and about another 2 hours at home every day. I have used about 1/3 of the battery. This mouse uses rechargeable batteries and it is very smooth and comfortable in your hand. The page scroll wheel on top is very fast. It has a button you can click to change from a click based scroll like on a normal mouse or a smooth scroll, smooth scroll is like a wheel that keeps spinning and spinning. You can scroll down about 1200 lines of an excel spreadsheet when it is on smooth scroll. The only downside is I keep my two fingers on the left/right mouse buttons and I will bump the scroll wheel with it and it will move my place on a page. I normally always keep it on the click scroll, but the click scroll will still scroll through documents quickly just not as fast. You can also set up the buttons and customize then anyway you want to. The back forward buttons on the side of the mouse are really neat, I changed my setting to control my volume up and down since I am not really used to clicking a mouse to go back while on the internet. It also has a button where the bottom of your right thumb would be, I have it set to open all apps, like internet, excel and word and you can see everything you have open that way. You can even customize the left and right scroll wheel, what I did is if I am in excel and I have columns that are further to the right off the page I can click the scroll wheel to the right, just give it a little push to the right and it will scroll further to the right on my documents, the I can hit it to the left and it will scroll to the left, then I can roll the wheel down to go further down my document. It really is impressive having the ability to scroll up, down, left or right. Also you can customize the mouse ever further, you can make it app specific. You can set up certain functions for when you are just in excel or word or in outlook. You can have the clicks all do three different things depending on what program you have open. One thing I have set up in outlook is if I get an email and I want to google something that was emailed to me. All I have to do is highlight the word or words and click in the scroll wheel and my internet opens up to google with whatever I had highlighted being searched, yeah it is pretty awesome. It really is well built and you get every penny out of this, I did see some negative battery reviews on here and I have to tell you just dont believe them. The battery life is amazing. I feel like I will make it 3 weeks without a charge, and a full charge should only take 2-3 hours and you can still use the mouse while it is charging. Also I am a gamer, and this mouse is great for games. I think the weight of it is perfect, it works great for all those first person shooters. In closing I would say if you have the money and you are thinking about it, just buy it. You wont find a better mouse, whether you are a office employee or a web surfer or a gamer you will love it. Battery life is fantastic, everything about this mouse is amazing and to think it is just a wireless mouse. It really has changed the way I work and made things al ot easier on me.

I was looking for a wireless mouse for my mac, and could not find the right one for quite some time. Finally, after deciding to spend the money, I found the best mouse I have ever used. The mouse is definitely worth the money!! It was so worth the price because I know I will never have to worry about being a replacement for this mouse for a long time! PROS- 1. PAGE FORWARD/BACKWARD- The 2 buttons above where your thumb would go are for going back and forth between different web pages. The allows for super quick web surfing and saves a lot of time. It took me a while to gets accustom to these buttons because they have not been on any other mouse I have even bought. But, I find myself using them constantly. 2. ZOOM. Below the page forward/backward button, there is a zoom in and out button. You just push it in and use the scroll ball to find the perfect zoom. Definitely a cool feature. 3. ALL DOC. The black pad where you thumb would go can be pressed in to show you all your current documents that are open. This is a great feature because if you have the internet open, word, and some other documents, it can be annoying constantly searching for what document you need to pull open. When you press this button in, all your open documents will space out on your screen and you can pick which document you want to be looking at. 4. SCROLL. The button below the scroll ball can be pressed in to allow 2 different speeds of document/website scrolling. The first speed is a slower to normal speed that must of us are used to. The second speed pretty fast. This is like a hyper scroll that allows for fast web browsing. Pair this scroll speed with the page forward/backward button and you got a web searching monster mouse! 5. SIZE. Possibly my favorite thing about this mouse. Every mouse I have used before has felt too small in my hand. The mouse is the perfect mouse, as my palm and sausage fingers fit perfectly on it. This mouse just feels like your hand should be on it. The design of the mouse is awesome great. There is a great slot to rest your thumb in, which allows for maximum comfortably and control. CONS- 1. PRICE. This mouse may be a little expensive as it is around 75 bucks. But I feel like the price is actually pretty good for what you get. The MX is definitely worth the price. I believe this mouse compares to other performance mouse's that cost 100 plus. I would highly recommend this mouse to anyone that is willing to spend the extra money. This will be the last replacement mouse I ever buy because it is just perfect! Great for someone with bigger hands! It is so comfortable and document/website friendly that will not disappoint you. This mouse holds a charge for a long time. I have had the mouse for about 6 months and probably only charged it twice (using my computer atleast 10 hours a weeks). Try this mouse, you will be glad you spent the extra bucks!

これより新しいMX MASTERが出ているが、持ちにくいので、左手用のサブ機にしかならなかった。仕事で一日中持っているので、このマウスが最高に操作しやすいし、違和感や疲れが少ない。

Opinión: Es un excelente mouse, un poco grande a lo esperado (pero los botones son grandes, si eres de mano pequeña aun así te servirá) tiene muchas funciones a programar para su uso (descarguen el programa de la pagina oficial logitech), lo recomiendo al 100% para aquellas personas que se dedican a trabajar en diseño, programación o están todo el día en la computadora, es muy confortable y ergonómico (tu mano y muñeca te lo agradecerán), cumple con todo lo que promete en las reviews que dan. Aparte los materiales se ven resistentes y elegantes, así que no solo es funcional si no también impresiona con su aspecto.

Darkfield sensor allows you to use the mouse on any surface, I am using it on fully transparent glass table. It's a good mouse for users who use mouse for cursor control. Forward button may be little difficult to reach for someone with short thumb. Some reviews have mentioned mouse double clicks with a single click but have not noticed that as yet on mine.

La souris Logitech MX est tout simplement géniale. Elle offre une excellente prise en main et est très confortables. Les touches raccourcis sont parfaitement positionnées et facilement reconfigurables au besoin. La souris est très précise autant sur un tapis de "Gamer", une planche de mélamine ou sur la jambe de l'utilisateur. Je l'utilise régulièrement pour des présentations debout et je peux interagir sur l'écran en glissant simplement la souris sur ma cuisse et sa fonctionne parfaitement. Sa forme offre une prise ferme permettant son utilisation en se déplaçant sans risque de l'échapper. Elle est excellente autant pour le travail de bureau quotidien que pour le "shooter gaming". Je la recharge environ une fois par semaine en la laissant allumé toute la journée et l'utilisant environ 4 heures par jours. 購入して約１３年、もう外見はボロボロですがいまだに愛用しています。 性能といい大きさといい文句のつけようがありません。 最近接触が悪くなってきていますが一応一個だけ予備を所持しています。 後継機種があるそうですが全くの別物でがっかりしました。 なのでそのストックも開けるのがもったいないくらいです。
