The pictures are too small... Too much detail all I really wanted was a reasonable explanation it's not for me but maybe somebody else especially if you're ordering it for a child would be better I'm giving it five stars because it is what it's supposed to be it's me that's not happy with it somebody else might be

Too much detail
I'm a senior and I was trying to brush up on my geography I guess this would be better for a kid because I can't make heads nor tails out of it... The pictures are too small... Too much detail all I really wanted was a reasonable explanation it's not for me but maybe somebody else especially if you're ordering it for a child would be better I'm giving it five stars because it is what it's supposed to be it's me that's not happy with it somebody else might be

Central America and the West Indies
Two whole pages are set aside for labeling the maps of Central America and the West Indies?! Why is this?! Other than that the book is great. I am using this to homeschool and it makes it hard to cover these areas in our geography lessons.

Best I've seen so far
I've purchased several workbooks for my daughter testing out what will work best for our homeschooling journey. This book has definitely not disappointed. It's clear and breaks the subject down to be much easier for her to follow. Reminds me of the school books I had when I was still in school. The others I've seen are mostly generic and doesn't really explain anything just questions with 2 many misspelled words for Me to trust it to help my daughter learn anything really. But this workbook is awesome!

Great resource for in-depth geography study
This works great, IF you have a good atlas or two and internet access for locating information about important places in the world. A good geography lesson always includes map study resources. My students have learned a LOT this year using this resource along with my guidance.

An okay workbook
We homeschool, so we try workbooks from different publishers regularly to see what clicks with the kids. The overall idea of this workbook was a good one, but it wasn't interesting enough to keep my daughter's attention. I have seen better. It may work for others. We didn't dislike it, but we didn't do all of the activities because even I thought many could be skipped either due to disinterest or irrelevance.

Short, concise practice book. Requires while encouraging additional research/effort on the part of the student. I wish I had this workbook when I was in school.
