I’m a person that gets back spasms (related to a car accident when I was young) any time I get stressed. Due to stressors of the pandemic, I was having back spasms all day long for nearly a week and a half until I gave in and tried this. Before this, I was using bio freeze, salon pas patches, naproxen, Tylenol, stim, heating pads, you name it. So, I got this apparent torture device in the mail, very skeptical that it wouldn even work, and I did get frustrated after 4 days of use (20 minutes each) that nothing was happening. Somewhere between writing any email to the company who encouraged me to give it some more time, and the next few uses, the knots in my back released. Granted, I still get them, but 20 minutes of this with my meditation first thing in the morning keeps the spasms at bay, and some days I have to use it twice. I will say that it takes some time to get used to it, I didn’t feel enough through a shirt, so I immediately went bare skin, and managed to do a very uncomfortable 15 minutes my first round. Now, I can lay on it for 20+ minutes without any issue. As I said, I was a skeptic, and was fully prepared to have it be a disappointment/return, but I’m really happy with it, and will continue to use it daily. The product itself is made very well, and I love that it comes with a pillow and carrying case. My only complaint is that I feel like it should come in multiple sizes for length. I’m curious what a full body mat would feel like!

Great mat! I bought it for a back strain, and it helped me recover so much faster! I was able to use it the first time without a t-shirt for about 10 minutes while laying on my bed, but was quickly able to tolerate 20 minutes. My bed is pretty firm, and I have used it on the floor without difficulty. My 14 year old son took a little longer to use it without a shirt, but within a week he could use it without a shirt. The points are sharp, so I make sure to not hold the mat folded in such a way that my fingers would get between the "lotus" flowers - I almost sliced the skin on my cuticle on my ring finger trying to get it back in the bag after using it the first time. I used the neck pillow as a lumbar pillow initially with great results while sitting. However, when we tried in on our necks, we both had a tremendous amount of soreness in our neck the next day. Reminded me of the lactic acid build up after leg day. Probably would massage out easily, but we decided to just not use it for our necks. After using it, we both sleep so well! My son actually fell asleep ON it one night and his 20min timer woke him up! We honestly fight over it at night over who gets to use it first before bed. Stop scrolling and buy this one. Seriously, this is a fantastic product.

I love this so much I can't even tell you. I looked at so many of these mats and finally decided on this one and I couldn't be happier. It helps with my neck and back pain. My stress and anxiety. You can lay on it for less than 25 minutes and get energized or lay on it for 45 minutes and fall sleep (I do move off my mat when I use it to relax before sleep). I use mine on my bed with my bare back and neck now but when I started I had to have a shirt between the mat and I. I already (without meaning to) convinced 3 friends they need this in their life too. Once they got theirs and tried it, they agreed. The mat, pillow and bag are all very well made and the quality of works shows this manufacturer cares. Profits help you guessed it Bees! The handy travel/storage bag is super nice to have. Makes it easy to put away and not harm myself. Please be careful moving the mat or pillow, and accidentally grabbing or grazing the plastic pieces as they are sharp! Very nice quality for the price! The bag it comes in is fantastic for storage. It is a bit of a snug fit trying to get both mat and pillow to fit in the bag though. The mat is well made, and it works as expected. I love the pillow too. I could almost stand to have the spikes sharper though. Not very painful, and good relaxation from use. Would recommend as a good first acupressure mat.

I have trigger points in my traps from carrying around a massive child for the past 2 yrs (I'm assuming) hes a big boy. I couldnt lift upper body...not even 10lb chest press or 10 pushups without excruciating headache the next day...tension up my neck. It would put me in a bad mood, I'd have to take ibuprofen all day. I laid on this may after 1) pushing a 135lb double stroller up 2 hills over the course of 2 miles 2) digging up grass and edging a mulch bed all day (first time in my life doing this) 3) lifting in garage and doing pullups/pushups The next day I had no pain. I thought it didnt work but then I realized I was not in pain. I started to have neck pain doing yardwork 2 days later. I took a lunch break and laid on my magical mat... I fell asleep and woke up without headache tension. My husband laid on it to mock me and woke up next day without his normal back stiffness. I love this thing.. absolutely love it. I sit on it...stand (socks!! I cant handle barefeet), I lay face down for stomache and neck... it's totally awesome if you dont buy it you are missing out on the subtle progress you could be making

I love this product! It is a less expensive option, but still great quality (in my option). The spikes are shaped like lotus flowers, which gives the mat a “kinder” look and distributes the pressure nicely. The included pillow is a great added feature for my neck, which is strained from looking at a computer all day. My friends have similar mats, and they find them beneficial for headaches, plantar fasciitis (rest feet on mat while sitting on floor - standing would be painful), chronic pain, and stress. I don’t have chronic pain like them, but I still enjoy using the mat. The carrier bag is also a great perk!

Maybe I am impatient, but i have felt no benefit. It sits in my closet, unused

I hilariously worried this wouldn't be as spikey as the cheap looking white spike discs on the lower-end mats out there. I worried I was only buying this b/c it's SO beautiful (natural luxe) and had the natural filling (coconut fiber mat, buckwheat pillow) i wanted. But this baby is PLENTY spikey. I've never used one before but I can assure you, the first 3 minutes of lying on the mat had me doing lamaze breaths to get through it. Then suddenly, the body takes over & releases the yummy chemicals, and it was utter zen... the pressure just evens out, you don't feel the intense spots of spikeyness and it's just amazing. It comes in a sweet & simple, thin canvas tote with the B stamped on it.

Lo compré por practicar yoga y lo use para savasana cada vez, poco a poco te acostumbras a la sensación y lo encuentras muy cómodo. Se siente como se calientan los músculos y de destensan. Al final, se lo regale a mi papá porque me dijo que tenía dolores en la espalda y lo usa casi diario antes de dormir y está feliz!! Es un SI!
