Finally, a hand towel stand that is tall enough for regular-sized hand towels! Every other towel stand I have found is only tall enough for fingertip towels. As unsturdy as this stand looks, it is remarkable deceptive - it does not tip over unless that's what you want it to do. I am currently using this towel stand next to the kitchen sink. My only complaint is that the finish seems to be wearing off (I have only had it a few months) - I am ordering another one for the bathroom, and will be spraying a clear lacquer finish on it before using so I don't have the same problem.
