I purchased this to replace a dead battery in a universal power supply (UPS) backup, and this is actually the second time I’ve used this specific ExpertPower model. I bought my first one over a year ago to fix a different power supply unit, and it has been rock solid ever since. So, when a second UPS recently failed on me, I didn't hesitate to order this battery again. It was a perfect drop-in fit (standard F2 terminals made it easy), charged up quickly, and is working exactly as expected. It’s a much better value than replacing the entire UPS unit. I've had very good luck with these batteries for reviving old equipment and highly recommend them.

I would give this no stars if I could. I received the battery and installed it to my alarm system wiring as is required as a back up battery. This alarm system wiring has a 13.8v output so it charges the battery as it sits in case of power outage. These batteries usually last several years before replacement alerts happen. This one lasted just over 40 days. I took it off and checked the voltage and voltage reading was 12.01. Which is terrible. Should be 12.7-12.8v for a good battery. I contacted the company first over the phone and they told me to submit images with a volt meter etc, and they would send me a replacement. So I emailed them images and the same outline as I did here. And they emailed back that I’d have to pay shipping costs and have to send more images and more explanation. Sorry nope not jumping thru a million hoops on a $20 battery. Normally I’d just let my AMEX handle this but I called Amazon and they’re refunding me. Don’t buy from this manufacturer. They suck.

Very happy with this battery bought it for my fishfinder works great no complaints sorry no picture. It’s at the lake right now waiting for the ice to come so I can go ice fishing and catch more fish.
