Ideal for keto
Repeat purchase. Very good taste, good texture. Hits the sweet craving when on the keto diet. Both flavours are good although the chocolate hazelnut is a little salty, but I don't mind that. It can be a little dry so best to have with a drink. I have used it as a cheesecake base and it works very well. Best before date is usually about 3 months. Overall definitely recommend

Crumbly, but Tasty
Excessively crumbly, always best to place a tissue or napkin underneath the bar, however the coconut and cashew is very tasty (like a coconut oaty biscuit flavour), especially for a product without traditional sugars. I consume it as a snack 2-3 hours after breakfast, and personally it keeps me feeling satiated for another 2-3 hours, without a crash in energy levels. I started consuming these bars in an effort to reduce sugar consumption in my diet (I'm not on a ketogenic diet), and they help tremendously, would recommend.

Not suitable for VLCD keto diet in my opinion.
Tastes nice. Very fast delivery. Please refer to uploaded photo of complete nutritional information that is lacking in the listing. 304kcal per 50g.

Very unimpressed
Very unimpressive. Also not keto. Overpriced. The only plus is it’s quite filling, it’s impossible to have one at once but possibly also because the taste is unimpressive

Sent near expiry inventory
The pack shipped is near expiry. Amazon is not accepted a return, asking me to contact the manufacturer. I did raise a ticket on their website and it is more then 2 weeks - NO RESPONSE. I feel cheated

Healthy and tasty snack
I did buy this but was not on Keto and was waiting to start using. When I’ve tried it I was soo pleased as it taste amazing. Really nice . Not cardboard feeling like other similar products

Our favourite keto bars
Great keto snack bars. We often make / bake our own keto snacks but sometimes it's handy to be able to just take one out the cupboard. Enjoy it with your coffee or as a standalone snack. It keeps you going for a long time. We love the different flavours as well.

Excellent, very expensive bar for a ketogenic diet.
This is a delicious energy bar that perfectly fits Ketogenic diet. It is a sufficient breakfast or snack. The taste is very balanced with an explicit coconut taste. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is the extremely high price.
