Problematic RIGHT EARBUD
It arrived in perfect new condition factory sealed etc. Opened, read the instructions, charged using original usb cable provided in the box. I connected them to my PC's motherboard ROG ASUS Z490 usb to charge as instructed by manufacturer. After charging I tried to connect them to my phone Samsung Galaxy S21 5G as it does not have audio jack slot - that is direct reason I got them. I normally use BOSE NC700 with my phone but I wanted in-ear ones. They (Razer) PAIRED flawlessly but only LEFT one played sound and was lit GREEN but the RIGHT one didnt work at all and LIGHT didnt come on at all. I tried EVERYTHING from RAZER website problem solving help - charging again and again, factory reset, turning each bud on, PAIRING to each other - nothing worked. Half a day later somehow it turned itself on and paired and worked also on my WINDOWS10 - bluetooth from motherboard via antena. No problems - great sound and all that but for like a half song. After listening to ALMOST ONE song on my phone (I used RAZER APP) the battery on the RIGHT EARBUD dropped to 28% and after next few seconds my phone informed me about battery status is BELOW 10% and another few seconds later turned itself OFF. LEFT one kept playing music with no issues. I thought I didnt charge them properly which was weird because LEFT was always on 100% and it didnt drop but they were charged together. I tried charging OVERNIGHT - no help. Again and again tried 4hrs charge. Isseu perssists. Battery on the RIGHT earbud kept showing the same battery problem - sometimes after pairing it showed 78%, 52% or 67% (RANDOM) for only half a song again and again and kept dropping to less than 10% and turning OFF in less than 3-5 minutes, LEFT one was always 100%. It seems that the problematic earbud will ONLY charge itself to maybe 2-3% and lasts about half/one song informs me that its LOW BATTERY and turns itself off. SO it DOES charge a bit but NEVER fully no matter how long I will keep charging it. I even tried to ONLY charge that RIGHT EARBUD on its own in a case - no help. Returning them today and ordered ANOTHER pair. I will post to update if the NEW pair works. Update a day later: NEW PAIR works PERFECTLY. Not only that but they are advertised that you can turn on GAMING MODE to have low latency but YOU DONT NEED THAT because on my Windows10 or my phone S21 they have NO DELEAY and I dont know but they PERFECT. I thought at first the GAMING MODE is on by default but no - I tested them with tape measure and went away from computer/phone 6m, 7m then 8m - 10 METERS and they WORK - no delay. There is just no way they are that good. I recomend it.

Not what I was expecting from Razer...
FYA READ THIS BEFORE BUYING! First of all, I must admit that I was expecting value for the price. Disregarding most of the reviews I saw on Amazon about Razer Hammerhead, I really really wanted to give them a chance and you know prove everybody's wrong. Oh boy how wrong I was... Let's start with the look and exteriors. Headphones look great, I can't say a word about it you will be satisfied in almost every aspect from the precision of the earphones and the box containing them with usual Razer stickers etc. Everything looks professional except the docking station of the earphones itself. As many on reviews say, it does feel cheap, because the plastic bit that closes that docking stations is not very firm, so feels like a cheap piece of plastic. Unfortunate, but I was willing to disregard that nevertheless and focus on the quality of the sound. The next step was complicated and not intuitive Razer earphones commands. Despite what instructions say, I had problems learning the commands. Eventually got used to them but earphones mistake simple touch with pausing the music for example or switching to other options like gaming mode. I still didn't learn how to turn them off without putting them into the box when they switch off automatically. Sound is ok but definitely not what I was expecting. If that's the quality that Razer gives for wireless headphones. I am not buying Razer Nari Ultimate. I was disappointed big time, don't get me wrong. It was loud as hell, but the quality left a lot to desire. Especially when I was using Discord and game with friends. So I heard clearly what they were saying but not concisely, I talked with them but the game was like background noise which was disappointing. I tried everything in the options of the game and Discord to no avail. But I bought them for the gym and to be honest, I said fair enough but still pretty disappointed. I admit that they stay connected for many meters to be honest over 10, despite I read otherwise BUT when I am outside and put my Razer Phone 2 into my pocket and listen to audiobook or anything on YT, they have an intermittent connection. What do I mean? I mean that when I listen to something, it cuts every 3 or 4th word. It is annoying because you have to keep you phone in your hand instead. I didn't experience that in the gym when I put my phone on the ground, which was very weird and disappointing for earphones that cost 100£. Earphones were pretty comfortable in my ear, even when I was very sweaty in the gym, however, the silicon nonslip cushion barely fit the earphones, as a matter of fact. When I put them on the earphones and then occasionally took earphones out of my ears, that silicon bit got stuck in my ear and had to reapply them frequently so they do not stick together. I do not put them anymore, waste of time and it earphones are not comfy with them. Good that earphones do not slip without them when I run. So that's a win in a loss. Overall, I don't think I would buy them again, I respect Razer products and I like the brand but if they keep making overpriced products without putting quality in them, I will definitely not buy their products anymore. Wish me luck as I am buying their gaming headphones and wireless mouse. If those result to be garbage, then no more Razer for me. Not worth the money for the quality of the product I am getting. PS. Edit from 2 stars to 1 after my first set stopped charging and second replacement, one of the earphones stopped completely working. Quite frankly, I am done with Razer Hammerhead, I cannot understand how 100£ earhpones are crappier than my 20£ - 5 years old earphones...

Unbeatable Gaming Audio: Razer Hammerhead True Wireless X Review
I recently got my hands on the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless X earbuds, and I have to say, I'm really impressed by their performance. First of all, the low latency feature is a game-changer. I'm an avid gamer, and I've always struggled with finding earbuds that can keep up with fast-paced games without any lag or delay. But with the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless X, I don't have to worry about that anymore. The low latency technology means that the sound is perfectly synced with the game, and I can react to in-game events with lightning-fast reflexes. The sound quality itself is also top-notch. The earbuds produce clear, crisp sound with a nice balance of bass and treble. The sound profile is perfect for gaming, but it's also great for listening to music or watching videos. One thing that really stood out to me was how comfortable the earbuds are. They come with multiple sizes of ear tips, so you can find the perfect fit for your ears. I've worn them for hours at a time without any discomfort, which is rare for me with earbuds. The touch-enabled controls are another great feature of the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless X. They make it easy to control playback, adjust the volume, and even activate voice commands with just a few taps. Fast pair is also a really convenient feature, making it quick and easy to set up the earbuds with your devices. I also appreciate the mobile app customization, which allows for greater control and functionality. With the app, you can customize the EQ settings, activate gaming mode, and even locate your earbuds if you misplace them. Overall, I would highly recommend the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless X earbuds to anyone looking for a high-quality, low latency audio solution for gaming or general use. They're comfortable, sound great, and have all the features you need for a seamless audio experience.

The (almost) Perfect Earbuds
Firstly, I'd like to make it clear that the sound quality of these earbuds is simply brilliant. However, this level of quality can only be achieved by installing the 'Razer Audio' app and changing the sound profile (the default sound profile is very much average). The earbuds fit very comfortably in your ear for at least a few hours at a time. They are very secure and hard to shake out of your ears. The biggest issue with these earbuds is the battery life. Being designed for gaming, you'd expect the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Pros to have an adequate battery life for extended gaming sessions, but from experience they often only last ~4-5 hours before loudly & annoyingly stating that they have low power. There is a silver lining to this, though; you can charge the headphones from 0 to 50% in around half an hour. There are also a few minor details which are overlooked. One being that the included comply memory foam ear tips (which are incredibly comfortable and great at isolating sound) are not taken into consideration with the charging case design. When closing the charging case with these ear tips, the comply ear tips snag on a sharp corner inside the case. After a week of frequent use these very expensive to replace ear tips were visibly tearing. Another issue I have experienced is when returning to the earbuds after they power off, they often fail to reconnect to the past device securely and enter a cycle of connecting, disconnecting and pairing.

First Impressions: Really Impressed With the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless X
For under £30 I'm very impressed with the quality of the product, packaging it came in and the sound. With Razer's Audio app you can adjust the equalizer, switch the green Razer logo light off and remap gesture settings. I noticed the battery discharge on one side quicker than the other but I will fully charge the buds and monitor this, hoping for it not to be an issue. It would be interesting to see how long the earbuds last before needing to be charged, and how many charges can be had from the case. Unlike my existing one, the case is larger and does not charge wirelessly, which I can live with. Also with my existing ones when I remove one earbud the audio pauses but with these it continues to play, even when both earbuds are inserted in the case, only stops when you close the case. This aspect could have been thought out more. Other than that I am happy with the purchase and have recommended it a number of friends and colleagues already.

Great audio but poor battery and some janky connectivity issues let is down
Right off the bat: the audio and comfort of these is next level. I barely realise they are in my ears and the audio is very good. If the VR P10's are a 6 then these would be an 8 or a 9. The volume is good and I cannot fault the ANC or audio quality. That's where the good ends. Battery life is bad, on my VR P10's I could manage ~5 to 6 hours of usage before starting to worry about low battery. On these it's more like 2 to 3 hours and that with the ANC off. On top of that the left ear, for whatever reason, will randomly disconnect and the only way to get it working is to take it off, put it back into the case, flip it closed and open and then put the ear back in. This will happen on average once every 40 minutes or so. I got them at a decent prices but honestly, despite how good the audio is, would not recommend them. I play Elite Dangerous in VR and the constant flap to get these working have pretty much ruined them for me.

Didn’t work
Fancied an upgrade and saw these for £35 instead of a £100 - bargain I thought. Ordered a Bluetooth dongle so I could use it with my pc. I’ve had razer before and love the sound quality. As soon as I got them, I put them on charge for a good five hours. Came to them and green light was lit in the container. Now, what I would say at this point, is the container is very disappointing. I already have another set on EarPods, which are a generic brand £20. The container for them has a display showing the charge and the charge of the earphones. The razer one doesn’t have anything, apart from a green/red light. When I then tried connecting them to my pc, there was nothing to indicate they were in pairing mode or that they were even turned on. The book said they would automatically be in pairing mode. After trying unsuccessfully with my pc - by opening the box expecting it to be in pairing mode and following the instructions to put it into pairing mode - I then tried pairing them with my phone. Nothing. Even when trying to out them manually into pairing mode, there was no audio indicated to say they were. Whilst doing this, I had checked they were charged and I kept getting a green light. To check it wasn’t the Bluetooth adapter I bought, I used the cheap set of EarPods I had and they connected instantly to my computer. Sadly, had to send them back and won’t be having a replacement set as after reading online, they seem to have a lot of problems with the product. Maybe that’s why they were reduced.

One of the best budget gaming earbuds.
These earbuds are really good better than I expected if I’m honest, They are worth the full retail price easily so to be able to get them at this price point is amazing, The App is a extra added touch for your own customisation to make them even better along with the very clear sound quality and punchy bass which can be toned up or down depending on what your using them for e.g Music, Movie or gaming. The fit in the ear I’d say could be better on these as they are a bit loose but are provided with rubber covers to help with that a little but for the price it’s not a deal breaker as it makes up for this in other ways, The low Latency when you switch to gaming mode makes a very noticeable difference as they do what they say there supposed to do, Overall if your on a budget under £50 these are highly recommended to give you a really good gaming experience I use them on PS5 but you would have to buy a cheap Bluetooth dongle for that preferably 5.0 or higher, The earbuds have a built in mic for game chat for like call of duty online games.
