Directions Hair Colour - Violet 88ml Pot by La Riche

I couldn't find a US brand that had the purple color I wanted so I investigated La Riche Directions. I ordered the colors Lagoon Blue and Violet (Lagoon Blue from another seller) and Violet came earlier than expected! I dyed one half of my head Lagoon Blue and one half Violet. I left the color in for about 45 minutes total, a bit longer on the Lagoon Blue side because I covered that side first. After rinsing out the dye I dried it with a white towel and there was no color bleeding!! I was very impressed by that. There was no strong chemical smell, no itchiness or discomfort. My hair was very blonde on top and darker near the bottom, and as expected it was very vibrant on top and less so near the bottom. One observation I do have is Lagoon Blue looks more like La Riche's "Turquoise" dye and Violet looks more like their "Tulip" dye. This doesn't bother me but if you want a cooler purple color you may have to mix it with a blue color. It will stain your hands unless you wash them immediately after touching. There was no color stain in my bathtub with these colors after rinsing. So far there has been no color residue on my pillowcase either. I will update after the first wash. Overall my hair feels great and looks better!!! UPDATE: Several washes later and the color is still going strong! There is still no color residue in my bathtub, on my towels, or my pillowcase.

Doesn't bleed, fade or stick to skin. Highly recommend, though I am using a dark purple maybe is why it's nice, but even when I washed out the hair color when I dyed it it barley bled, so it really stuck to my hair and easily came off my neck. It's been 2 weeks and hasn't faded, but I am excited for when it does because it will be a nice lavender

I really like this a lot. I was using Manic Panic but it didn't last very long. Directions lasts twice as long before it begins to fade. It also fades to blue (Manic fades to pink). I just wish it was a bit more vibrant like the Manic purple

I have colored my hair a lot of different shades of purple but this, by far is my favorite. The jar is small though, my hair is chin length but thick and I needed two jars for full coverage. I've had it for two weeks now and I tend to shower daily and this color still looks just as fresh as the day I colored it! Definitely will buy again!

Not a very bright color. It's more of a toner because it leaves my hair silver and only with a tiny hue of purple. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Directions hair bye, but this particular shade isn't the best.

This stuff is incredible!! It really takes out most of the brass/yellow in your hair. Make sure to read the directions though (and other comments :P ) and don't leave it in too long, as it can make your hair tint purple and it's hard to get out.

I purchased the Violet color. I don't use it to color my hair violet, but I add a little to my conditioner a couple of times a week to help tone down brassy color in my blonde hair. I have been using this for years and just realized 2 containers lasted me 4 years. Love this product!

Pleasant vegetable based semi-permanent hair dye. Easy to apply. Beautiful shade with depth & shine. Shade can vary depending how long it is left on the hair. Conditions the hair, so can be applied frequently without fear of damage. Does ‘bleed’ when hair is washed for the first week after application, so avoid white towels! Have used this product for a decade in various colours & it never disappoints. Superior to most other semi-permanent products.

Edit: Ich habe es jetzt mal mit der Farbe Rubine probiert (siehe Foto) und bin wieder absolut begeistert. Ein echt schöner pinklicher Rotton. Und noch ein kleiner Hinweis, wenn man sich nicht sicher ist, welcher Ton dem gewünschten Ergebnis am ehesten entspricht: Einfach mal bei Google oder YouTube gucken. Jede Farbe wurde schon mal irgendwann ausprobiert und da kann man sich das Ergebnis dann schön am lebenden Model angucken, bevor man enttäuscht und wütend Beschwerde einreicht. ;) Ursprüngliche Rezension: Erstmal eine kleine Vorgeschichte zu meinen Haaren: Meine Naturhaarfarbe ist so'n dunkleres Honigblond und ich habe sie lange dunkelbraun, teilweise sogar schwarz getragen. Jeder weiß ja, wie schwer man davon wieder los kommt. Weil ich keine Lust hatte, dass mir die Mähne abbricht oder büschelweise ausfällt, habe ich dennoch den langen Weg gewählt und nach beinahe 2 Jahren mit immer heller werden Brauntönen und 1 1/2 Jahren ohne färben, sah es endlich wieder natürlich aus. Nach einer Weile habe ich mir vom Friseur mehrfach blonde Strähnchen machen lassen (sah immer super aus!), da ich allerdings nicht jedes mal 80 Euro für den Spaß ausgeben wollte, bin ich irgendwann selber mit Drogeriefarbe, die man mit einem dazugehörigen Kamm auftragen kann, ran. Das Ergebnis war, wenn ich das mal so salopp sagen darf, echt scheiße. :) Aber ich hab's mit Humor genommen und dachte mir so, das ist deine Chance, du wolltest doch schon lange lila! Also schnell Directions bestellt, denn die kannte ich noch von früher und war damals mit Flamingo Pink auch sehr zufrieden. Und siehe da, auch mit meinem neuen Violett bin ich total glücklich. Ist ein schöner intensiver Ton geworden, vor allem auf den Strähnen. Man muss aber auch ein paar Dinge beachten: Erstmal sollte man im besten Fall wirklich Vorblondieren, denn auf einer dunklen Ausgangsfarbe sieht man wahrscheinlich gar nichts und auch bei hellen Naturtönen wird es schwierig. Dann sollte man ungefähr wissen, wie das Ergebnis später aussehen soll und die dementsprechende Farbe kaufen. Rosa wird nun mal nicht Pink und Lavender ist auch was anderes als Violett oder Lilac. Ich habe auch ein bisschen experimentiert und werde mein Violett das nächste mal mit Lagoon Blue mischen, da ich das Ganze ein bisschen bläulicher haben möchte. :) Ich persönlich mische die Farbe immer mit Spülung, um sie zu strecken und die Intensität nach meinen Wünschen zu regulieren und trage sie dann mit einem Pinsel auf, bzw. gehe durch die Längen nochmal mit Kamm und Fingern durch. Es kann auch sein, dass die Haarstruktur eine Rolle spielt, aber ich kann natürlich nur von mir ausgehen, meine Haare nehmen die Farbe jedenfalls gut an. Wie gesagt, Vorblondieren macht die Haare nicht nur heller, sondern raut sie auf und lässt die Farbe besser eindringen, damit ist man dann auf der sichereren Seite.

conforme à la photo , petit pot fermé , c'est la vraie marque Lariché Direction , j'en avais déjà acheté auparavant sur le site officiel (1pot coute environ 8€ sans les fdp) )donc le prix ici est intéressant avec la livraison gratuite Pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas : C'est une teinture qu'il faut appliquer sur une base CLAIRE ! Si vous êtes blonde clair , vous pouvez appliquez si vous êtes foncé ou brune => il faut vous décolorer sinon la couleur ne se verra absolument pas ! Renseignez vous bien avant comme je vois pas mal de commentaire qui ne savent pas appliquer une couleur... ASTUCE pour économiser sur la couleur : Mélangez 2gouttes de votre couleur + après shampoing , cela éclaircissera légèrement la couleur mais il nourrira vos cheveux en plus de la teinture et vous utiliserez moins dans le pot ; qui durera plus longtemps dans le temps :) Super couleur , joli violet !
