Is it free range? Where does this product come from? Id like to know more about the lamb fat Im putting on my face daily!

I didn't see your question & just asked. 2016 & no one answered you? Evidently EKO doesn't care because this is probably from sheep raised with hormones & antibiotics. I didn't think hormones were allowed in sheep/lamb but google says they are on hormones so there goes that! As a rule, if it doesn't say "organic" or "hormone-free", "antibiotic-free" assume it's GMO'd with them Monsanto's rBGH & antibiotics. Who wants to put that on their skin!? I guess it answered my own question!

It does a very slight gamey smell. It is, after all, animal fat. Its healing properties far exceed the very faint smell. I use mostly for dry hands during winter months. I rub it in before bed and dont even notice it.

Is Soft. But you may need to melted to mix with other ingredients

Un buen producto para echarle a los niños en el pecho cuanto tienen gripe y congestión nasal muy bueno.Tomas un poquito con una cuchara y lo pones a derretir y cuando esté echo aceite y esté tibiecito se lo pones a tu niño(a) en el pecho y en la espalda es muy bueno lo recomiendo mucho.

Works great. A bit firmer than expected but if you swirl your finger around the rim it will soften up and allow you to remove a dab. The smell is more of a savory scent (It is lamb fat after all) VS a perfume scent. It's not bad but don't expect a typical lotion type of smell. My only complaint it the printing on the container. It runs off leaving tiny black specs on jar. I would have preferred a sticker. This is just a very minor nit pick
