Short and sweet all you need to know is this is the BEST spray for any piercing. It’s all natural ingredients so you can literally use this if you have a sore throat and it will heal your entire soul! My new ear cartilage piercing (in top outer part of my ear in the photo) is already feeling normal and it’s only been about 1 month. Usually cartilage on ears takes like 6 months to heal so this is amazing. Super effective, no weird scent, sprays right onto where you point it! 10/10

I wish I took a before picture because this spray works really well! At about 6 wks post piercing, a hard lump formed around my piercing. I have a solid gold nose ring and had not had any issues until recently. The lump started to ooze blood and a little pus and was starting to look like a keloid. I cleaned the area with Neilmed spray many times a day, but it would not get better. My aesthetician recommended H20 spray. I bought it and after only 3 days, the bump is gone and there is no more secretions coming from the piercing.

I’ve been using H2Ocean Piercing Aftercare Spray for a while now, and I’m really happy with how well it works. It does exactly what it’s supposed to—helps soothe and heal my piercings quickly and gently. I can’t speak on the effectiveness of reducing or removing keloid bumps, since I haven’t had any, but for general aftercare, it’s been great. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the packaging. I wish it came in a bottle you could pour onto a cotton ball—sometimes it’s hard to control the spray, especially for small or hard-to-reach areas. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase. It’s effective, easy to use, and I definitely feel like I got my money’s worth. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a solid piercing aftercare spray.

I bought this after getting a new nose piercing and wanted something gentle to clean daily without stinging. The formula is alcohol-free and designed for both new and existing piercings, which matched what I needed, and the 360-degree spray made it easy to reach around the piercing without touching it. In daily use, I spray around the area after washing my hands and letting things air dry for a moment. It feels light and there is no harsh scent or burning, which matters for sensitive skin. I used it on my nose and the outer ear piercing as well as other body piercings when needed, and it didn’t irritate or over-moisten anything. What stood out was how well it moisturizes without leaving a film, and the minerals in the solution seemed to help keep the area balanced. Tolles Produkt. Ich habe mir vor 6 Monaten ein Doppelhelix stechen lassen, welches immer leicht entzündet war und schmerzte. Die hier üblichen Behandlungen mit Pronolind, Octenisept oder Tyrosor schlugen nicht zufriedenstellend an. Eine Piercerin in London empfahl mir dann vor vier Wochen, ich solle meine Piercings nur mit einer Saline behandeln, alle anderen Mittel würden die Haut zu sehr reizen. Eine Internetrecherche ergab, dass man im englischsprachigen Raum tatsächlich ausschließlich die Nachbehandlung mit Saline empfiehlt. Die kann man zwar auch selber herstellen, das wurde mir aber zu umständlich und ich habe mir dieses Produkt bestellt. Ich bin vom Ergebnis total begeistert, mein Doppelhelix ist nicht mehr entzündet und auch mein neu gestochenes Tash Rook Piercing verheilt hervorragend. Absolute Kaufempfehlung.
