Noticeable Results After a Few Weeks
I’ve been taking LiverMD for about a month now and I’m really impressed. I originally started it for overall liver support, but one unexpected bonus was that my skin started looking much clearer and healthier. I’ve struggled with dullness and occasional breakouts, and I honestly didn’t connect it to liver health until I tried this. The capsules are easy to take, no weird aftertaste, and I feel more energized during the day. No Side Effects So Far – Hoping for Good Results on My Next Labs
**Updated with Test Results. I started taking 1MD Nutrition LiverMD after receiving slightly elevated liver test results. As a moderate weekend drinker, I knew I needed to make some changes. Since starting the supplement about six weeks ago, I’ve significantly cut back on alcohol and have taken the pills consistently every day. So far, I’ve experienced no side effects at all. The pills are a bit larger than something like Tylenol or Excedrin, but still manageable. I’d recommend drinking plenty of water and, most importantly, consulting with your doctor before starting any new supplement — especially if you’re managing liver health. I’ll be retesting my liver enzymes in two weeks and plan to update this review with the results. Fingers crossed, but based on how I feel, I’m hopeful. If you’re looking for liver support, this seems like a solid option so far. **Test improved. AST down 17 points ALT down 35 points. All are now in normal range. I think this supplement helped along with lifestyle changes. I feel much better with more energy and mood.
