I've tried several toothpastes for gum care, and the Caredo Repairing Periodontitis Toothpaste with Hydroxyapatite really surprised me. I started using it because of sensitive and irritated gums, and from the first few days, my mouth felt fresher and cleaner, but without the harsh feeling some medicated toothpastes leave. What I liked most was the formula with hydroxyapatite, because it leaves my teeth feeling smooth and deeply cleansed after each brushing. I also noticed less sensitivity when drinking cold beverages, and my gums feel calmer. The texture is creamy, it lathers well, and the flavor is mild and pleasant, so it can be used every day without any problem. The packaging arrived nicely presented, and the product feels like good quality. Overall, I think it's an excellent option for people who want to pay more attention to their gum care and strengthen their daily oral hygiene routine. I will definitely continue using it.

I have been experiencing significant gum pain due to a receding gumline. While this product is a bit pricey, it is definitely worth it for the pain relief alone. I highly recommend it to anyone suffering from gumline deterioration. I am confident that with continued use, I will also see improvement in the condition of my gums. Although the taste leaves something to be desired, the relief it provides makes it well worth it.

Honest Review: I was just recently asked to stopped using this product. I had been using this for 5 months every morning and night for loose gums after pregnancy & dry mouth caused by medication use. I saw the reviews and decided to give this a try. I did not mind the taste although it wasn't a pleasant texture I wanted to give this product a few months before I gave it a review. The tube size is average for everything on the market right now. After first, using this product, you can kind of feel a very faint tingling sensation that makes it seem as if its working but, after continued use it really isnt doing anything. I feel like if you are searching for something specifically for gum related issues build up or in some severe cases, like periodontal disease. You should probably stop using this or continue your search elsewhere. I know this product is specifically targeted towards periodontal disease&loose gums. But after going to the dentist this week I was informed that this product is not ADA Backed because it does not contain any active ingredients that would help. So, the effectiveness of this product is not as advertised .

This really works for early or mid-stage periodontitis! I wasn't getting any symptoms except some sensitivity, but my dentist noted my deep pockets and some infection in those areas that were eroding my gums. They suggested Periodontax, but I didn't see any results during my next checkup. After doing some internet research I found Caredo. After 4 months of use, my dentist discovered that my deep pockets were closing, and my gums had reversed receding! So that said, who cares about the taste or the price if it really works! Also, because its so think, it lasted much longer than other toothpastes. One tube lasted around 3 months. All that said, I took away a star because of the staining. I was warned by my dentist that using anti-periodontitis toothpaste may cause my teeth to darken, but its only surface and can get better by using a whitener . But goodness, yes, I drink a lot of coffee and do enjoy my red wine but I also brush, floss, rinse, and use a dental irrigator pretty frequently and my teeth were starting to look like George Washington's wooden teeth so I'd suggest getting some whitening strips or something to help. I have to whiten every so often to combat the effects. It's definitely NOT a whitening toothpaste, but will cure your deep pockets and receding gums.

I was hesitant to try this because of the price, but I am so glad I did.. This is by far the BEST toothpaste. My gums bled every time I brushed, some of my teeth felt loose, my gums hurt and my lower teeth started getting stains on them. I have been stressing over my teeth possibly falling out and I have always taken care of my teeth. I read a review for this toothpaste and she described everything I was going through and stated this toothpaste paired with Vince gum and mouth care powder made a huge difference. I was sold and bought both. I am so happy I did! My teeth feel stronger and not loose anymore. The stains are fading and my teeth are whiter, my gums no longer hurt and I am no longer spitting out any blood when I brush! I noticed a difference in just a few uses. I am hooked and will be buying a few more tubes to keep on hand.

This is an honest review based upon my own personal experience. I've had receding gums most of my life (since childhood) Now a 'mature adult' finding myself with no dental insurance, well, I started to look for a viable solution to address recent bleeding gums in one area of my mouth....nothing major, not like I was losing blood and in need of a blood transfusion, but it was disconcerting to have this new symptom indicating potential worsening of my situation. I was also having that feeling like some of my teeth were becoming 'loose'. Also very disconcerting. So I spent quite a long time on Amazon,looking to see what was being offered as an AFFORDABLE solution to my situation. Is this toothpaste more expensive than many others? Yes. there's a reason for that, IT WORKS! I figured trying one tube was worth the investment. Anything to try to address what I was experiencing. Cost of this one tube is cheaper than one single dentist visit. Besides, I am so 'over' being lectured by dentists that I am somehow the one in error and not properly taking care of my teeth. I had no pain, just bleeding and a feeling of some of my teeth not being as secure as they once were. My initial reaction when squeezing this out onto my ultra soft toothbrush was that it looks like spackling. I laughed to myself over that ,remembering how I once used toothpaste to fill holes from where my rock posters had once hung when I moved out of an apartment, way back in the day. Interesting consistency. but it gets just as sudsy as pretty much any other toothpaste I've ever used, very quickly. Taste is neither repulsive, nor yum. It's neutral. It's almost a 'dairy' like taste. Really hard to define. But it's just fine, I appreciate them not trying to make it 'flavored'. I am not fond of overly 'minty' toothpaste, nor was I raised as a child with 'bubblegum flavored' toothpaste. Toothpaste should not need to be flavored for a child to use it. It's something that cleans your teeth.not intended to be eaten or swallowed . Just make it a 'lighter mint' flavor so they can feel grown up about brushing their teeth. I digress. Within 2 days the bleeding stopped. So that was 4 times of using it (2 days and 2 nights) Where my teeth had started to feel loose.? Well.that was VERY interesting...and hard to explain. Cuz I don't know exactly what was happening. It felt weird when I brushed those areas. no pain, nothing along those lines at all.but almost as if something was being removed.... almost like I'd had strings of lint coming off of those teeth. Nothing I could 'see'.but it felt really strange. I think I experienced that for 2 weeks......this weird sensation ...perhaps it was tartar or plaque coming off while using the product. (??) I really don't know. At first I was concerned, cuz it was seriously weird, but it stopped. I noticed that it stopped as soon as it ceased.. cuz what I noticed after that weird sensation stopped ,is that my teeth no longer felt loose! They feel as strong as the rest of the teeth that had not ever felt loose. AMAZING! Yes. They have definitely secured themselves again! I am beyond relived! No more bleeding gums. No more loose teeth. AND...yes there's more. My receding gums are HEALING! Yes. HEALING! Or they are simply pulling themselves back down onto my teeth. ...or pulling themselves 'up'.depends on if one is talking about lower or upper.. but I'd had MAJOR ridges at the gum line. MAJOR. I could feel it with my tongue and food would get stuck in that space all of the time. Disturbing. No MORE! It is filling in.or it healed. I don't really know ..but the 'gap/recession is almost completely eliminated at this point. So. All of that said. Don't scoff at the price. It works. It's a TOOL. A TOOL to save your freaking teeth! It isn't THAT outrageously priced. It's WAAAAAAAAAAAAY Cheaper than the dentist....so just stop complaining about the price. Try it. see for yourself. Don't whine about the fact that it doesn't taste like candy. You're a freaking adult aren't you? It isn;t as awful as some claim it to be. 100% worth the try if you're as desperate as I was. As for myself, I just ordered my second tube and subscribed. Becoming a 'gummer' is 'nowhere' on my agenda....and dentists ,in the US , have ALWAYS,for decades, charged way too much money. Yet we are constantly told how important oral health is. Ok. so how about you make it 'affordable'. But I digress......

I hated the taste. No idea if it does what it says because I tired multiple times to use it but just couldn't stomach the taste.

I ordered this few months ago because after I had a filling done on one of my front teeth, I noticed something black …and tried cleaning. It .. but it was my receding gum line …few weeks after using this tooth Paste my gum line is lowered , and I no longer look like I have something black stuck between my teeth 😁
