It’s not always comfortable or possible for me to breathe through my nose during the day, and definitely not at night. I have narrow nasal passages and they’re often swollen for some reason. These open up my passages so it’s comfortable for me to breathe and go to sleep. I keep losing them so at least they’re cheap.

READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE YOU ORDER (NOT LARGE SIZE). A while back I ordered this brand of nose vents in the medium size since large size was not available at that time. The mediums did open my nose so I thought I would try the extra large size to see if they were better. The extra large size are big and really spread my nostrils open actually too much but they work. Days later I saw where the large size is now available so I ordered them, same brand and package. The first ones I ordered, medium and extra large, are all soft plastic. These so called LARGE size I received are SMALLER than the medium size and are HARD plastic. The hard plastic is kind of painful where as the soft plastic feels good. The package says large but they are small.

This company very generously gave me the link to purchase the correct size and refunded my purchase price for the original purchase with no need to return them.My father really likes these, they help him breathe more freely at night & they help relieve his snoring & mouth breathing.

I purchased both the medium and large ones of these and found the medium just a little small and the large were uncomfortable. But don't let me sway your decision, these are good dilators; I just have deviated septum that causes airway on one side to be smaller and therefore these hurt. The only problem I have is the columella bridge between the dilators...I feel it needs to be just a bit bigger because it pinches the columella just a little too much.

These are a bit rough around the edge, litterally. I don't know if it is simply bc of cheapness but they should do a better job ad smoothing the flashing/edge for something that is supposed to be in someone's nose...They definitely are hard/rigid.They do indeed dilate my nasal passages.But they can be irritating after an extended period of use.

I bought the plastic and the silicone dilators. The plastic one is a hard material but works for me. The silicone one is soft, and slightly harder to insert in the nose because it folds, but works for me as well... so no complaints.

I usually use Sleepwell dialators and was looking for something that I could re-use a bit more. But apparently my nostrils are different sizes because I couldn't get any of these things to fit and they were relentlessly digging into my nasal cavity. They need to be less rigid, imo.

Works great! Bought them for my husband as he uses a cannula for oxygen therapy 95% of the time. He is a mouth breather and very difficult to breathe through his nose due to deviated septum. Soo glad this works for that, important reason!

Ich habe alle Größen aus probiert und komme zu folgenden Fazit:Bei mir passt am besten Small.Die anderen Größen verursachen bei mir nach längerer Zeit Schmerzen.Ich habe nur Atemprobleme mit dem linken Nasenloch und habe den Dilatator abgeschnitten und nur den linken Teil in Verwendung und das klappt sehr gut.Nach viel probieren bin ich jetzt zufrieden.

Po prostu nie spodobało mi się, że w opakowaniu zbiorczym twarde pudełko plastykowe o oznaczeniu X001IT1HCP , brak było produktów które zamówiłem czyli pakiet 12szt dużych silikonów twardych. Pudełko było zafoliowane tak jak dwa pozostałe z przesyłki . Przesyłka także nie była naruszona zapakowana w twardą tekturową kopertę firmową Amazon.
