I used for quiche.
Used for making quiche. Good quality and doesn't leak.

Excellent tart/pie pan
I needed a tart pan deep enough to make a dark chocolate cream pie and after much research on Amazon and browsing, I decided on this one. It was a perfect choice as the size is perfect with enough depth (2"). It's sturdy without being heavy and it cleaned very well. I always hand wash my pans/pots so I would recommend hand washing this as well. I have absolutely no complaints and there are so many uses for this from pies, to cheese cakes and quiches. Price was great as well. Highly recommend.

Great for quiche
Nice deep pan which makes sturdy quiches and tarts. I used an almond flour crust for mine and none of the filling leaked, plus the quiche released well from the pan with only a little wiggling. Looking forward to trying it with a Dutch apple pie next.

Good overall, but leaks are annoying
I really like these pans so far. They're perfectly sized to fit most cakes/pies etc, the nonstick surfaces work great, and they feel premium in quality. Pushing pies out of the pan from the bottom is very satisfying. I just don't love how they are prone to leaks. I'm not sure if this would even be avoidable, but so far everything I've made in these pans has leaked a little, with liquids creeping between the sides and the bottom piece. That includes pies - I made a chicken pot pie with a fairly thick bottom crust, and it still managed to leak a bit. I didn't even dock the crust or anything, and the filling was both extra thick and fully chilled. Definitely be sure to put these pans on a baking sheet and not directly on the oven rack. Perhaps this issue could be solved if the bottom locked into place somehow, but maybe it's just an inherent flaw with these kinds of pans. I can still recommend these and they're great overall but the messes are a bit annoying.

Great pie tin
This is a great pie tin. I will never use a tradition glass pie plate again. The removable bottom is great for exposing the sides, so you can cut even the first slice perfectly. The non-stick works perfectly for easy removal.

great tarte pan!
I needed a deep tarte pan and Amazon was the only place I found one. The price was right, the pan is very sturdy, and my tart didn't stick. I did have to pay attention when picking it up from the oven since the bottom is removeable. I had to pick up from the sides. But when my tart was done, I could easily remove it from the pan! I'm very impressed with the quality!

Best purchase ever
This is a great baking pan, it’s ideal for cakes that contain fruit because it’s deep enough and wide enough to allow not only the dough to grow but also the extra fruit you might want to add. Unlike other spring pans, it’s not 5 inches deep ( which is too much for most baking), and also its fluted shape is not something you can find in common stores.

Excellent!
I’ve made three sweet potato pies in this pan since purchasing it. I absolutely love the removable bottom. I made an all-butter crust, and I didn’t need to blind bake the crust using this pan. The heat penetrated the bottom well and I had a perfect crust all around. Since there are grooves, it’s a little more difficult to clean than a straight sided pan, but not by much. Since this pan has a removable bottom, I recommend putting a cookie sheet on a separate rack underneath while your pie bakes, as mine leaked melted butter onto the floor of my oven and started smoking. Whoops! Completely my fault. Anyway, I love this pan!

Pans have rusted after a few months, even the unused one.
The pans initially worked for me, although as others said the small bottom makes it a bit more difficult. I’ve used one 3x and hand washed only with a soft sponge and thoroughly dried before putting them away in a cupboard. Pulled them out after a few months of non use and both have random specks of rust… including the one I’ve never even used. They are also not touching each other in the cupboard. This has happened over the winter months so it’s dry in my house. I couldn’t have taken better care and now I have to throw both in the trash as it’s not food safe.
