The pill pockets work very well in hiding capsules or large pills for my dog. Very easy to put the capsule in as there is a little hole in the middle for you to tuck them in. The pill pockets can be molded to cover up the hole once the medication is in there. If your dog is on any kind of medication these work great in hiding it. She loves the taste of the Peanut Butter flavor, and they have other flavors too!

Dogs LOVE these! My Dot is very healthy and, except for antibiotics for a tiny scratch on her cornea, Dot has never had any pills. Not only does she hate pills, she won't even eat her heartworm meds that come in a chewy treat every other dog or cat I have ever had ate quite willingly. However, her mate, Dash, has epilepsy and needs two pills per day-- every day-- for life. Dot feels like she is special, too, if she gets half a pill pocket when Dash gets his pill in half of a large pill pocket. In my 50 years of AKC kennel ownership I have tried EVERYTHING from cheese hot dogs, to scrambled eggs with cottage cheese, to Little Smokies sausages, to soft cheeses to liverwurst to get dogs to take their pills! These pill pockets are BY FAR the EASIEST and most mouldable pill hiding food/treat I have ever found, and they seem like an excellent value (and fewer kilocalories) when compared to soft cheeses or liverwurst! If the Pill Pockets are kept in an airtight container these pill pockets remain soft and perfect for a LONG TIME, maybe years. Not that I have ever had a bag of Pill Pockets last over a month! The only thing about Pill Pockets that is at all fragile is the zipper on the bag they come in. There is no guarantee on the bags, or the zippers on the inside of the bags. I buy the large pill pockets and cut them in half for my Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, and use them whole for our allergic German Shepherd dog's THREE Benedryls per six-hour dose, (my dose is TWO.) This is my BEST veterinary find since the hybrid elizabethan collars that have blowup neck rings AND a hard, clear plastic anti-chew extension!

These are an absolute necessity for my dog, Willy. He’s on medication for a sensitive stomach, and trying to get him to take pills used to be a struggle. These pill pockets make it so easy to get him to take his meds without any fuss. He absolutely loves the peanut butter taste—he thinks he’s just getting a regular treat! The large size is perfect for capsules, and they’re soft enough to mold right around the pill so he doesn't spit it out. If you have a dog that’s tough to medicate, these are a game changer. Super happy with them!

As my dog has aged and started to lose teeth, these are the only pill pockets my dog will eat for his meds. They are soft on his gums/teeth, he loves the flavor/taste, and gets excited when I open the bag.

I love greenies pill pockets because the dog loves it! I gave it four stars because it definitely stinks and it makes me sick. Other than that, though the pocket is easy manipulated fit perfectly over a tablet or a capsule. I could use one whole one too if not, three times for the size of a tablet a small tablet. I’ve bought these several times before and I recommend them to others.

My dog takes a ton of meds. These pill pockets are a lifesaver! They are healthier than hot dogs, but he still thinks he’s getting a treat every time he gets his medications. We’ve been using them for years and will continue to do so! Great size for capsules, but you can also fit two small tablets into one pocket.

These treats are easily to use; have a great texture; and make having to give your pet pills so much easier. The odor can be offensive to a human but are loved by my pet.

Greenies Pill Pockets are not readily available in Spain. My dog takes anti seizure medications 4 times per day. Pill Pockets makes this a much easier task! Since I have to watch my dog's sodium intake, I found that the Greenies Peanut Butter Dog pill pockts have much less sodium than the chicken. Fortunately I am able to order the pill pockets via Amazon.de.
