This Hair Gel works very well. It is not greasy and holds my hair in place without making it stiff. It adds some sheen without being overly shiny.

A direct replacement for Super glue that they use to carry. Great looking hair, washes right out when shampooing. The large size of the bottle is great for the product. The over cost of the product is great as well.

Best hair gel out there - this is the only product I use on my hair and have been using American Crew Classic Firm Hair Gel for over 10 years! Love it!

At first I tried applying this product to slightly wet hair and comb my hair back, as I have medium/long hair that I wear kinda pulled back but with my bangs still over my forehead. Well I combed it in and I looked like a straight up mobster, complete with the v hairline slicked back and greasy, thick hair. So at first I thought I had wasted my money. This was at night as I wanted to test out it's look before just going in blind in the morning, but when it dried and I woke up the next morning my hair looked great. My hairline is a little thin in the corners but thick elsewhere, so this gave it some texture and thickness along there and allowed my hair to look suave throughout the day. Before, my hair would look good but when a strong gust of wind blew it looked like wildman hair. Now it barely blows around and when it does I can just pull it back up and it goes back into the place it was originally styled at the night before. I wouldn't call it super firm but its just the right amount of hold for my longish hair.

I had used American Crew, or to me just Crew, hair gel for men (I’m a woman) before. Then I got into using products made for women. All very expensive and none doing the job the way I wanted. Then I remembered Crew so I ordered it from Amazon. What an absolutely pleasant surprise! This product is great. It is made for hair. It doesn’t matter if you are a man or a woman. It is half the price of the products I had used before and it gives beautiful body to my fine hair. I just squeeze a dab of the gel from the tube in my palm and rub between my hands. Then I put it all over my damp hair right after washing it. Brush through to get it everywhere and blow dry as usual. The result is fluffy and shiny hair that is full of body. You can control the amount of body and volume by the amount of gel you use. I highly recommend this product.
