Do these capsules help improve my skin, hair and nails' look?

I don’t know how these pills are “working so well” with everyone. When you look at the back of the label. You have to take three pills to equal a serving size. So the amount on each ingredient is if you take three pills. So with three pills collagen is only 1g. That doesn’t even come close to the recommended 2.5g to 10g. Barely any ingredients in this bottle to get results. Do your research. Find more ingredients at a better price.

Are all these reviews legit?

I can’t speak for others but I have been taken this Dr Emil Collagen capsules for probably 2 yrs and I’m convinced that it works!! (And no one is paying me or giving me anything free! Lol) I was a construction worker; a tile layer & stone mason by trade most of my life and I’m now 65! My knees have given me problems for years so my sister in law told me that I should try this supplement so I did. (Actually she was taking it in a powder form but w/my results she has switched over to Dr Emil’s capsules and is very happy with it!) Anyway it took awhile maybe even a good while before I noticed that my knees were not hurting as much and I wasn’t hurting so much getting up and down!! (You know how when somethings hurting and it gets better over time you almost don’t notice it until all of a sudden it hits you that you’re better??! That’s the way this is!!! At least for me. It’s a slow cure but that’s ok!) When I started to realize it, I was working on my boat trailer. I was getting up and down and even working on my knees!! That was almost impossible previously!! Then it hit me and I was like “That’s weird, my knees aren’t hurting!! What’s going on??!” That’s when I really realized something has definitely changed. I’ve always had to have help getting up or have something to hold onto to pull myself up w/ a lot of pain in the process!! 🤯 I started to tell people I had nothing to attribute that to except to the collagen I had been taking!! (I also take 1 small capsule of “Naturebell Hyaluronic Acid “ along w/ the 3 capsules of collagen each day. It was my understanding that HA not only has its own benefits in these areas but also helps with the effects/benefits of collagen when taken together. 🤷🏻♂️ but somethings working!! Lol. And THEN I also started noticing that both my elbows & my 1 bad shoulder weren’t hurting! Now that’s crazy!! Back when I was working with my tools I had to have steroid injections twice in both my elbows over many years. (Was explained to me as basically “Tennis Elbow”) It would flair up from time to time ever since & then improve a little if I didn’t do anything. But they’ve always been weak and sensitive since. Same w/ my 1 injured shoulder and what I guess is some arthritis in my hands! Use to have issues bass fishing when casting & reeling over & over, 100’s of times in a day! My hands & thumbs would be so sore I’d had to wear a hand/thumb brace! Now I play golf, fish, work hard in the yard, etc w/o the pains I’ve had for so long! Just gone done digging a 40 foot long drainage ditch, 2-4 feet deep, 1.5 feet wide!!! Knees, elbows & shoulder gave me NO problems!!! That would have been unheard of a couple years ago, or even a C year ago. Little pain in my hands from using shovel & axe so much after so much digging & chopping roots!! Not to mention climbing in and out of ditch MANY TIMES to take a commercial size wheelbarrow, full of dirt, 20-40 yards to empty!!! Joints feel better than have in years!! So you be the judge but all I can attribute it to is haven taken this collagen w/ the Hyaluronic Acid for last year or two!!! And again, no one’s paying me out giving me anything!! And I saw someone’s comment about long answers or reviews which seem unrealistic. Well, I guess add me to that list but some of us are happy to share and have a lot to say!! I have been called “verbose”!! 😂

Did the formula change? I’m on my second bottle and noticed the color of the powder in the capsule is much lighter.

Hi there, Variation in raw material color is normal given that this is multi collagen and food sourced. We do not stabilize the color with artificial ingredients. Hope this helps. Rest assured you received the same product.
