I've had mine for a number of years and it no longer seems to hold pressure. Will a new O ring solve the problem, and how do I buy one?

Received the tennis ball saver and it is impossible to unscrew open. What should I do?

The o-ring on the female end probably is dry and it is difficult to unscrew. I would suggest using a piece of rubber that is sold to open up bottles or jars with and can be found in most hardware stores. With this and placing it on the top of the yellow portion of tennis ball saver, un-screw counter clockwise until the yellow male end releases and once open apply a small dab of vasoline to the rubber o-ring and future openings will be much easier.

It's a two-piece container--As shown in the picture, the yellow part is the lid, and the white part (at the bottom) is the body. Open it by unscrewing the lid from the body, same direction (counterclockwise) as a glass jar. Then you'll see the screw threads and the O-ring that maintains the pressure. Hope this helps!

Why did the package not come with any instructions?

Instructions should be on the product. Just put the balls inside & screw the lid on tight & it will do it's thing to keep the balls pressurized.
