Which dponge should I use to apply the cleaner and which to apply the conditioner cream?

If you have 2 the same, what I did was to select 1 for cleaning and the other for the conditioner and either store them separate or I used an elastic band to hold it to the relevant bottle , just make sure the elastic band isn't to tight as that will damage the applicator

How do i clean the sponge between use?

Hello, I don't clean the applicator between using, I just pop it into a food bag until needed again. Its described as a microfiber material so you could hand-wash the same as a cloth using stardrops or similar.
