Still the best masking tape
Having tried different brands, I still think Frog Tape is best in class. It’s easy to work with, has just the right amount of stickiness, the right stiffness for perfectly straight lines, and removes cleanly without damaging the surface. The highlight is that it produces absolutely crisp, clean paint lines. For a comparison with other tapes, check out the tests on Project Farm (one of my favorite hardware review channels). I use it for 3D printing
This tape holds up to the 80 degree C temp of my 3D printers build table. I use it as it has a good adherence and easy release after building the model.

Great painter's friend
I used green Frog Tape to mask the handles of the refrigerator and ice/water dispenser when I sprayed epoxy to cover rust stains on the door. Worked perfectly. Easy to remove.
