This is the best knee brace I ever bought it stays in place it fits well I put it on in the morning and it stays out all day

Works great except for silicone strips. Silicone caused welts on my leg and had to buy a stocking to put under it.

I am 60 years old and tore my ACL on the Pickleball court back in Sept of 2024. Unfortunately, I've seen a few orthopedic surgeons who will not fix it due to my age. I have been wearing this brace for walking and especially strenuous activities. It fits well and is easy to put on and adjust. Very comfortable and has allowed me to go back to playing Pickleball and keeping my knee in tact.

Comfortable, multiple ways to adjust, great stability, stays in place! Had meniscus removed, bone spurs removed, and general cleaning up of a knee that has been abused for 50 years. Was able to play volleyball with this brace 6 weeks post op. The stability is great while allowing you to move in a natural way. I'm a bigger gal, both tall and thick and it handles my build no problem. Been using it for the last 6 months for anything from lifting to extensive household chores to sports and it's been holding up with zero issues. Highly recommended.

The knee brace itself is great and comes with spare parts. Well, all except for the two pieces that cover the hinges, and just my luck they, fell off within a week because they were just stuck on with adhesive. I can still use the brace but now the hinge is exposed and it now squeaks every time I walk. Otherwise it supports my knee better than what the doctor gave me for a torn quadriceps tendon.

haven't tried it with actual painful knee coz my arthritis attack has healed when it arrived. but it looks durable.

I went through many knee braces of varying strength and I could've saved myself a lot of money if I just got one of these right away. I have a complex meniscus tear with LCL sprain and it causes a great degree of instability in my knee. The fact that I'm not trying to squeeze my thick thighs into a sleeve is one plus. The swappable gauges are another. Finally a brace that won't allow my knee to hyperextend! It's my first day using it and I'm impressed. Luckily I wear carpenter jeans often so I can actually wear them under the jeans. Highly recommended.

I tried this brace for over a month and it only stays in place if you remain stationary. The knee brace doesn't work for more than ten minutes before sliding down the leg and becoming completely misaligned. Plus, it slides up and down the leg after a couple of steps when trying to use over pants because the gel pads adheres to the fabric. Then moves up and down with fabric movement. Against bare skin to keep the brace in place it needs to be tightened so tight it becomes painful to wear almost immediately. Neither the thigh cuff or calf cuff were large enough to accommodate my leg. I ordered the XXl based on the measurement instructions but even then the brace joint would stay aligned with my knee. Save your money, this brace is completely useless!!!
