Medibot Walking Boot, Fracture Boot for Foot and Ankle Size M

I am an ER nurse and unfortunately I thought I only sprained my left foot then only to find out that I broke it (the 5th metatarsal bone). We do have cam boots in our ER but I thought I didn't need it. I had an X-ray and went straight home. Next thing I know, the pain worsened and I couldn't walk. I bought this off amazon and got delivered the next day. When I say I couldn’t walk, I had this excruciating pain if pit my weight on my left foot.This is very easy and straight forward to use. The best part? It has this inflatable feature that will provide compression to help reduce the swelling. I am so happy I got this. The compression feature helped with my swelling and with my fast recovery. I told my coworkers about this because what we have at work did not have the compression feature. I even told the podiatrist that saw me and she wasn't aware there is such.I waited a month before my review because I want to ensure that this cam boot is durable and can withstand repetitive use. I must say, this helped me with my quick recovery although I still use it for the next four weeks.If you need a cam boot, this is what you are looking for. The sizing is accurate. I am guy and I use size 9.5 shoe and I chose medium. It fits perfectly! Now I can walk with no pain and it kept mobile while recovering. I am so thankful because of this, I was able to attend my leadership training graduation in SFO. It is durable, with a fantastic compression feature that can inflate or deflate depending on how much compression you need. The velcro straps are very strong. The cloth material used is very soft and it has this included foam padding if you feel like you need it before strapping. This is also washable as I washed mine in the laundry. Most importantly, it's easy to put back. This is so worth it. I wish we have this kind at work.

I'll be honest, I figured I'd low-key hate wearing a walking boot. I'm barefoot as much as possible, don't even like wearing socks around the house, and I expected the boot to be heavy and uncomfortable.Y'all. It is so comfy! The straps make it nice and secure, while all the padding makes it feel like your foot and ankle are snuggled in and cozy.I got this because I sprained my foot/toes and walking was pretty painful. The boot takes the pressure off the injury while I'm walking and I know that keeping it immobilized will help it heal up faster. I do have to go slower on stairs, but otherwise it's not really hampering my mobility. I wear a women's size 10 and the medium fits well.

This felt very comfortable to my foot as my foot healed from a small broken bone. I wore a thick heeled shoe on my other foot so that walking wasn’t uneven height.

I would've given the item a 5 but the air leaks. The overall comfort is great. Fits great, it's comfortable and it's really easy to put on.

Very happy with my medical walking boot

I have worn several boots for injuries on my foot. This however, is quite difficult and uncomfortable to wear. It comes with no instructions. The pump is not positioned in a usable way. The upper closure has rubbed a sore rash onto my leg regardless of how carefully I close it or add extra padding. It says it is a size medium which is the size I’ve always used and the size according to the description, however it is very long. It’s balance is not good and my lower back has become painful from its unevenness. My foot continues to be in pain while using this which is much different from other boots I have worn. I am disappointed since this is not in accordance with the ratings I read.

Works great, I'm used to getting the one from urgent care for 150+ and this works exactly the same.
